Coming to Vista and meeting Dr. Min was the opposite. I told me everything that was going on, what he thinks is needed and what's not needed. What's even more insane is his suggestion contradicted another dentist that I felt was trying to upsell me. I can't say enough good things about Vista dental on their transparency practices, how kind and professional their staff is. This is definitely my dentist moving forward for me and my family. Finally feels like I found a trustworthy place. In terms of service, I had plenty of cavities to fill and I didn't feel a thing. He even kept asking me how I was doing and if I needed a break. If you guys need a dentist you should try out Vista. I normally don't do reviews, but I felt like an honest dentist like Dr. Min deserves some public support.

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Barosum Dental in Upland. My experience…read moreleft me feeling unheard, misdiagnosed, and ultimately traumatized. While I was out of town on July 12, 2026, I developed severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. As soon as I returned, I scheduled an emergency appointment for July 15. I also had a previously scheduled deep cleaning appointment for July 16. During my emergency visit, the female dentist appeared to minimize my concerns. Instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, she asked whether I had seen an endodontist for a referral from a year earlier and questioned a shadow in my gums that had existed for over 30 years on the opposite side of my mouth. I requested X-rays, and a 360-degree scan was performed. After reviewing the images, she told me everything looked fine, that I had no cavities, gave me Sensodyne toothpaste for tooth sensitivity, and said I was cleared to proceed with my deep cleaning the following day. Later that same day, the office coordinator called and told me they wanted me to see the endodontist before my cleaning. I went to the appointment, and within five minutes the endodontist identified a cavity. My primary dentist confirmed the finding and recommended that my wisdom tooth be extracted. I was extremely upset that my condition had been missed during my emergency visit. I asked to speak with the female dentist who had evaluated me, but she was unavailable. I scheduled the extraction for July 17, 2026. Because I had previously had a successful experience using nitrous oxide during another tooth extraction, I requested it again to help manage my anxiety. I was numbed for the procedure and was told I was receiving nitrous oxide, but I never felt its effects. I noticed the dental assistant was on the phone for much of the procedure, and it appeared that no one ensured the nasal cannula was properly positioned. I informed both the oral surgeon and the assistant that I did not feel like I was receiving the nitrous oxide, but my concerns were dismissed. I remained anxious throughout the procedure, and the extraction was ultimately unsuccessful. I left the office emotional, traumatized, and deeply disappointed. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. As healthcare providers, listening to patients is essential. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and felt they were ignored every step of the way. I will not be returning to this office. I also plan to verify that my insurance was not billed for procedures that were not completed, including the deep cleaning and the unsuccessful tooth extraction. I hope this review encourages the office to improve communication, patient care, and attention to patient concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.

This business will bill as Place of Service(POS) 11 Office/Home visit, rather than Place of Service (POS) 20, Urgent Care Facility. My copay for an urgent care facility is $20, all services covered, deductible waived. My co-pay for an office visit is $40 for a specialist, deductible applied. I was charged the specialist office visit copay as well as deductible for supplies. Upon calling the billing department, I was told that they are contracted to bill as an office/primary care, not as an urgent care. Be aware that this is serious misrepresentation of the business to anyone who is bringing their child here for Urgent Care Services. The marketing says "Little Star Pediatric URGENT CARE''. Every other urgent care facility I have utilized has billed appropriately, save this place. It is unfortunate, because their hours are convenient and the staff is kind.

I hate the dentist mainly because I have a horrible mouth! I never listened to my mom and as a child I had multiple fillings in every tooth except my front teeth. Root canals, crowns that fell out, extractions and now only have those front teeth! So when I got those knocked out by a dog you can imagine the horror!! Dr. Daniel and his staff have saved the day, they got me in right away and were so friendly and accommodating! And I didn't feel a thing! I will be smiling proudly soon thanks to Pacific dental. Love this dental office. So much so that I drive about 30 miles to come here. All the dentist and staff here are amazing. My children used to be terrified of the dentist until I brought them here. She kept saying that I first had to come in to be examined by the dental hygienist, who would then decide what type of cleaning I needed. At my appointment, they took X-rays, and the dentist came in for about five minutes. He didn't seem interested at all, said I had no cavities, and then left. Next, the dental hygienist came in and told me my gums were red and that I needed a "special" cleaning. The same woman who scheduled my appointment came back and said it would cost me $1,400 out of pocket, even with my insurance. I declined, and suddenly the price dropped to $300. I declined again, explaining that my dental plan includes two free cleanings per year. She insisted that it didn't and even tried to get me to sign up for a credit card payment plan to cover a treatment that I don't believe I needed. Please be careful with this dental office. In my experience, they tried to pressure me into paying a large amount of money for dental services that I didn't feel were necessary. I would never recommend this office because the entire experience felt misleading and untrustworthy.

She showed me around, gave me a full cleaning, and actually took the time to explain how I could better care for my teeth. She taught me a lot about the benefits of using a soft-bristle toothbrush to help protect my enamel and gums. She also shared her personal routine of using a soft-bristle toothbrush in the morning and an electric toothbrush at night, which was completely new to me and made a lot of sense. Another cool touch is that they have TVs mounted on the ceilings above the dental chairs. I've never seen that before, but it definitely makes lying there with your mouth open for an hour a little more enjoyable. The doctor also seems genuinely invested in new technology and innovation. The office has all kinds of impressive equipment, including in-house 3-D printing machines. I had routine cleanings every 3 months and after about 9 months when my gums were healthy again we had the conversation of braces. Not only are Dr. Ra and all the dental hygienist amazing but so is Dr. Dacker and the ortho team! They always worked around my periodontal cleanings to ensure my treatment was never compromised. It was not always easy to schedule cleanings on ortho days but they would move schedules around and do anything they could to make it happen and I am so thankful for everyone's efforts for the 2 1/2 years I had braces. Smile Studio gave me my confidence back and were always considerate of my time and budget. They offered payment plans for my braces, and worked with my insurance to avoid any financial burden. The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming and the office is beautiful! After a less than…read more5 minute "consultation" with the doctor, I am approached and quoted $6000, and wanting to discuss payment options. (Wasn't shown what my insurance would cover and what I am expected to pay.) Not a plan, but options. Of course, they start with the top tier creditors and then creditors that "accept" lower credit. I was expected to apply for a line of credit while sitting in the chair. I did not feel comfortable and very pressured. If you've ever had an implant done, you know that it's a long process and implants are done in at least 3 phases. Tooth extraction/bone grafting. Stem. Crown. All of this requires healing, sometimes 3 months in between to heal. I asked if I could pay in phases. I was told no and suggested to "borrow" someone's credit if I didn't want to use my own. (If, I don't want to use mine, why would I use someone else's credit?) I said I'd come back for at least a tooth extraction and medication that only they could administer. (I think I was quoted $849 for that, plus some other service that came out to $1048). Not even given a copy of the estimate to review. I had to ask for medication in the meantime, because YES! they absolutely were going to let me walk out with an infected gum and pain. (Amoxicillin and ibuprofen) My husband's employee suggested another dental office. SAME treatment plan, but VERY DIFFERENT experience and price. I was sat down and shown what my dental insurance covers and what my out-of-pocket costs would be. The manager made sure to explain everything and was super thorough. I was quoted for 2 implants, about the same price as Euclid Family Dentistry - 2 implants. After discussing with the dentist, I am only doing 1 implant and root canal/crown for $3000. Also, they were willing to allow me to pay in phases. This office might be a preference for others. But I have been here a few times, always trying to give it the benefit of the doubt. Even brought my children. It's not for us. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Especially since they LOVE to overcharge.

I had a few procedures done and the dentist was absolutely great. No complaints there however when it comes time to getting a price for a procedure, that is a nightmare! I am actually leaving a bad review because I recently had a crown made for one of my teeth, and then just less than two months, the crown fell off. Because of the way they negotiate for procedures. I decided to find a new dentist. I made an appointment to come back to you because like anything else I was in an impression that it had some sort of warranty, where if it comes off, they would simply give it back on again Not the case, very disappointed and their practices and very disappointed that in such a short time, the crown came off, and they will not put it back in. Very disappointed by the way, this would be the second time the crown has come off in less than two months.
