This is my dentist that I had all my dental work done and recently just went back due to a broken filling, I called Monday morning and was told to come right in and that they would fix it that same day within 30mins after calling. The lady at the front desk was very sweet and informative, I was called back within 10mins of arriving. The dentist assistant also was very nice and made sure I was comfortable and okay while having a cleaning as well, which I appreciated. The dentist was very upbeat and optimistic, very sweet and positive, made conversation while getting numbed, made sure if I felt any pain that he would stop, very caring towards his patients. I've been going to this dentistry for a year or so now. I absolutely DREAD going. This was probably the worst visit I've ever had with them. The dentist who did my cleaning was so rough. It was extremely painful and there was no explanation why. I kept trying to tell the dentist to stop or be more gentle, but of course I couldn't speak with everything in my mouth. I was also terrified that she would cut my mouth with her tools. After she finished, I asked if I had cavities and she said no. I asked the dental technician helping her why it was so painful, and she said, "Sometimes it's just painful." Wow, so helpful. After the dentist basically tortured me, the technician did the final brushing with the toothpaste. I wish she was more careful because water splashed all over my face and clothes. Also, the tool that sucks water out of the mouth fell deep into my throat which caused me to sit up and gag. The technician stared at me as I gagged and she said, "What's wrong?" As if she wasn't aware of the placement of the tool?? At the end, she asked me if she should go over my teeth again. How should I know?? I was so uncomfortable, I told her it was fine. Later, I went to ask the medical biller about purchasing a night guard. She was so short and rude with me. I asked her if I could come in next Tuesday and she said sarcastically, "You could come in on Tuesday, but we won't be here." I was just like, "Okay..?" It would be different if she said it with a smile and laugh... God, this entire experience was SO deeply uncomfortable!! Please DO NOT go here! read more

I came here for cleaning , thought the cleaning was great so i let them do my filllings. One of my filllings awoke a nerve and i was in severe pain. Had to get a root canal. But had to wait on my insurance. Couldnt wait any longer due to severe pain so i got a pre root canal. It helped but didnt solve the entire issue as my gums became sensitive and still hurt when i ate. Finally i go for a final treament and to get my 300 dollar porcelain tooth installed by the assistant rather than the doctor for what ever reason.After she installed my tooth the doctor had to come in and remove excess cement with a fileing like wire.Insurance Doesnt Cover Porcelain Teeth at this location for what ever reason while others do. The tooth was very bulking and didnt fit correctly on my tooth. Still after I experienced severe pain and gum issues. For months after coming in and out the office when they had room ,sometimes the doctor would call off and had to reschedule weeks later. I kept getting the run around saying the the root canal was a success and that i had a different issues unrelated to my canal. I went to go see EndoDontist who i had to pay out my own pocket for. They told me that i had plenty more canals and that the job looked "fair". Also my tooth which was rather bulky looking and didnt feel good to begin with had a gap. I had to get a second root canal! On the same tooth 3 months later. Finally i went to my original dentist had the old but still NEW cap removed and replaced with another. Which was way better looking and fit like a glove. The staff while generous at first seemed to be getting tired of me after i had countless visits trying to figure my problem out for over 4 months. Costed me more than it should have and alot of pain. Don't recommend coming here they don't appreciate your time. Took 9 months for me to feel normal again. read more

The service and everything here is great, but the actual work on the other I'm still having trouble with a crown that I got back in the summer and it's still not sitting correctly and causing me a decent amount of pain, and unable to sleep because of it, I may have never liked the dentist in the first place, I really tried to like this place over and over but I think I should change because it's a bit disappointing having to call in pain and half asleep only to find out that you maybe have an appointment scheduled. read more

I went to this Dentist for a tooth implant. I was very disappointed with the work they did. First of all I would be there for an hour and a half which really only took 20 minutes if the doctor had not kept leaving and coming back. After I received my post the dentist had nicked my tongue while he was grinding down my post, I couldn't eat or swallow for 4 days. In waiting for my permanent cap the office called and said it would be an additional 2 weeks after I had already waited 3 weeks. After finally getting my permanent cap I went to my dentist for a cleaning and they told me that who ever installed my cap had left cement all around the tooth and it would give me problems in the future and that I should get it redone because it was a poor job. I have no idea what it's going on with this dental place ...ever since the covid hit my appts been getting rescheduled once bc the doctor past away and my condolences totally understandable . After a year I got convinced that is time to schedule my deep cleaning everything seems to be going good ..I received 2 text messages confirmation for my appt ....1 hr before my appt I get a phone call my appts is cancel they didn't gave me a reason this time .... it got me so upset bc I asked for the day off at work ...I'm with pain and my appt got cancel for idk what or why . I guess things happens for a reason I'm reading the other comment how painful this patient was and hey maybe that could of had been me too . Went in just the other day with the worst abscessed tooth and they took care of me same day I called. Did a root canal that took 2 and 1/2 hours as the tooth was a molar.
