They diagnose the problem and replace the battery right then and there. The other day, our battery was dead. We jumped the car but it would die again so we ran it over to IB. They told us there was a bad cell in the battery, they hooked up a battery so we didn't lose our settings, they replaced the battery and disposed the old one. We were home in under an hour.

We brought it to toms and he figured it out What was wrong with our radiator within a minute of being there. He was very honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He could of easily told us we needed a new radiator but was honest and said that it needed to be cleaned. He took out the radiator and cleaned it right on the spot. This is the only place I will ever be bringing any of my cars or anything with a radiator issue. Tom knows what he's doing and he's good at it. Highly recommend. Also wanted to add that he has extremely competitive prices- they don't break the bank.
