They diagnose the problem and replace the battery right then and there. The other day, our battery was dead. We jumped the car but it would die again so we ran it over to IB. They told us there was a bad cell in the battery, they hooked up a battery so we didn't lose our settings, they replaced the battery and disposed the old one. We were home in under an hour.

The tech was very informational, courteous and did a great job installing a new battery for me. It cost a few bucks more than the battery at the dealership and but it is also a Duracell. And they don't charge for labor (had to provide a little tip for awesome service). The service tech made it clear to me not just saying it but how he handled my visit that customer service was No. 1 to them. Great job, guys!
