I recently had Kelley take some shots for my new website. But I wanted my website to look professional, so I bit the proverbial bullet and made the investment. I told Kelley what I was looking for (casual but professional photos taken out of doors), and when I got to her studio she said, "let's go!" She had already scoped out locations within walking distance - and she picked a place by the river nearby that was perfect and just what I was looking for. She made the shoot relaxed and enjoyable, and helped me to overcome my trepidation and awkwardness. I still wasn't confident that I would like the shots, and sweated a bit as I waited for her to let me know the proofs were ready for viewing. Truthfully, a videographer was one of the last vendors we booked because although I knew I wanted to capture the day on video, I could not - for the life of me - find a videographer that spoke to us as a couple. A lot of wedding videographers out there are romantic, light, airy - and while Michelle and Alisha certainly produce videos with those elements, we decidedly wanted something more edgy, a little more off-the-cuff, and little more electro and rocker at the same time. And Michelle and Alisha DELIVERED. I saw one highlight film on their website and just knew we had to book them. About a week before the wedding, Michelle and Alisha Facetimed us to chat about our wedding aesthetic, our flow, and the vision for the day. The conversation was easy and didn't feel forced, and my husband and I came away feeling confident that Michelle and Alisha had this handled. And they did. On the day of the wedding, Michelle and Alisha were inconspicuous, worked quietly and efficiently in the background, but were also so much fun. They made myself, my husband, our wedding party, family, friends, EVERYONE feel at ease and confident. They are genuinely sweet, dope humans with an eye for an artistic lens and frame. After the wedding, Michelle was communicative, responsive, and timely in the video delivery.
