We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! Multiple texts and calls were placed, and the breakdown was promised several times by Mani and never delivered. A lot of wasted time chasing this contractor who ultimately could not deliver. Does not bode well for reliability of actually showing up to get a job done.

They responded in a timely manner and gave me reassurance about the work that would be done. They made it very easy to pick them over other contractors that I had gotten estimates from. When the work started, they were prompted on starting their work day and worked around all the restrictions that I had for my area. Whenever I had a concern, it was very easy to reach out to Mani or Danny, and have the concern dealt with promptly. Cons- Attention to detail can be better (it is possible they already noticed imperfections I pointed out and would have dealt with it by the end of the job but I did not leave that to chance) being more mindful of the client's personal items - few personal items were damaged during the job The main reason none of these led to star reduction is because they were very responsive to all issues that were pointed out.
