Bike Punk is excellent…read more Working as a digital printing rep for almost a decade, I think the first thing to know about Bike Punk Printing is their equipment is top rate. For their stickers they're using a Roland Digital Solvent Printer with an INTEGRATED digital cutter. They have the machinery to not only print sharp graphics that are photographic quality with excellent color, clarity and tonal contrast--AND they can cut the materials in just about any shape you can think of (really). My experiences with the ink and paper materials they source have MUCH been better than with some other shops. For example the paper they print on is American made, wears like iron and the material keeps its form (in small sticker size) remarkably well if it's re-applied (other papers I have used in the past stretch like silly putty). Impressive. The people at Bike Punk are down to earth and are there to help. Right off the bat, they gave me a competitive price, and really helped get me to where I needed to go. And yes, they play punk rock RECORDS in their office. They have much larger clients, and they DON'T treat me like a number. If there's any problems they have been as helpful as they have been able. The service they provide and the care that they have shown me is equal or better than the high grade printing that they are selling--from a small, local business. They have shown up right on time or early to do their set-up and tear down at the end of the event. They give a wide variety of choices for colors of the draping and they go over and above to accommodate last minute requests from vendors at the event. I would recommend them to anyone looking for these types of services. Their management staff have been around for years so you can come back to the company and work with the same individuals that you know from year to year, which makes everything run smoothly. The worst booth package I've ever seen. The AE was absent most of the show. I believe the show…read moreforeman was drunk (I can't prove that but he smell like hootch) and when I needed "upgrades" like standard side rails, drape etc. it came either stained or warped and hours after I ordered it. I suspect their 1972 recycled banjo drape isn't even fireproofed. The carpet was frayed and smelled like an alpaca. It was such a hassle to have to call the owners to get this crap and on top of that it was waaaaaay over priced. I ordered graphics to have hung above my booth and I didn't get it until show opening. On top of that, they did arrive, it had this "green" vegetable based ink that smudged all over the place while the inept pseudo"rigger" hung it unlevel and acted unprofessional while foot traffic passed my booth up. Also marked the frayed booth carpet with his lift and dropped a shackle that came close to hitting my head. No sand bags on the bases so when a door opened, uprights and drape fell over the place damaging some my product. These are swap meet carnies pretending to know something about trade shows. The worst I've ever had in the US. Next show I'm going with GES or Freeman again.
