Located on a cute section of Fremont, there are only two parking spots out front with additional free street parking nearby. Though it's a small shop, visibility to the customer area in the front isn't great, so sometimes when they're busy they don't see you right away and you have to speak up. They've been quick to respond to emails, and have a decent turnaround time regularly, with the option for a ~$25 rush fee for same-day printing. Automatic notifications go out when your order is ready for pickup. Quality has been good on the color flyers and postcards I've had printed, and I'll be looking to do a few poster boards soon so I'm hopeful those will turn out great.

I received the completed invitations, and they were SO gorgeous I could cry! My husband loved them too. Travis, you have no idea what a relief it was to be able to settle on a design so quickly, as I had agonized over so many choices with other printing services who were either slow to respond or just unhelpful by not addressing my questions with the same attention and swiftness that you had. You were responsive, quick to help, and very friendly to work with -- more importantly, you were flexible in working with my budget even though I was ordering fewer than 50 invitations. Most other services require a higher minimum. There's an abundance of other lovely designs, but I just wanted to move away from modern or rustic as there's a sea of those out there that just seem all too familiar. The more you look at them, the more they feel like a Monet - not as interesting once your eyes have settled on them. I wanted to give classic design a touch of the unexpected, and my invitation just takes the cake for achieving just that. The more I look at it, the more I love it. Many of my guests complimented on how beautiful the invitation was. I am so happy that letterpress (and considerate service) is still very much alive!

Also look at Google reviews; there are mony more than Yelp and are MUCH lower. TIP: I suggest getting a price quote BEFORE you give them all your personal information: address, phone, etc. This is absolutely possible, don't listen if they tell you otherwise. All they need is the destination address. The sales person will begin their interaction with you by starting a profile which will take some time. Then you will get a very expensive quote for what you're trying to ship. This is called the "Sunk Cost Fallacy" and it is a sales tactic based on the idea that if a potential customer has invested time in a transaction they will choose to participate in the sale even though the price is unreasonable because they have now invested so much time. So after you're waited in a long line and then filled out a profile you ask yourself, "Do I really want to drive to a cheaper place after all of this, or just have this done?" I wanted to mail a 194 page paperback book. After spending time starting a profile, which took quite a few minutes, I was quoted $11.75. This book cost $4.47 to mail at USPS. Because I am not a tool I decided to spend more time on this task rather than bend over and take it. I give two starts only because the employee was very nice (but slow). While I have no complaints about a slow employee, I know most people would prefer someone who doesn't leave you wondering if he has fallen asleep. This business is open on Saturdays, when the nearby post office is not. I believe this is the only reason a person would mail a package here. Or you're a guy who just loves to throw money away.

At first I thought something was wrong because the employees are happy, they smile, they engage in conversation, and most important, they hustle! Not adjectives typically used to describe USP workers. Yes, sometimes there is a long line especially during lunch hour, between 11-1, but it moves quickly. I know when I get to the front of the line, if I have questions they will give me the attention and info I need, like which is the least expensive way to ship a package. There is a long, high table that comes in super handy when filling out forms or finishing packing up a box. They have supplies there that you can purchase and also a small assortment of greeting cards. On Saturdays they are opened until 2pm which comes in handy when you have no time to get here during the week. Plenty of parking on the street. And right next door is a deli that makes delicious sandwiches. The only downside is they don't take credit cards and that is a big downside so I am deducting a star. I haven't carried cash in years! Most people don't. Luckily I keep a bill in my wallet for emergencies. When I don't have a bill, I stop at the ATM at US Bank across the street first. Again, not convenient. Other than that, no complaints at all.

We spent $300 on banners and posters and then were told that the coupon was only good for "self printed" materials and they couldn't offer a discount to non-profits. Worse, the quality of the prints was poor and they screwed up the rasterization process leaving artifacts in our prints! The manager refused to correct the mistakes or give us credit towards a reprint. We highly recommend finding a real print shop to get your prints done and avoiding the inexperienced and unprofessional "services" of FedexOffice.
