The eggs were cooked medium and had dark yellow oil/grease all over them. The hash browns should have been called hash blacks. Very over cooked, black and brown crunchy. The griddle spatula scraped off black grease on the side of the plate. This breakfast will not inspire me to return anytime soon. I will say I've had very good omelets here.
