The reception starts in the lobby of one building where the artist talk a little bit about their art and light bites are served. It moves to a second building with more of the art with beer and wine. The third building has even more art exhibits and dessert. The food was supplied by Avana Restaurant located right at Parktowne! The lobster rolls were so good with nice chunks of lobster on a toasted roll. The pizza was very tasty so were the chicken wings. Parktowne also has a great outdoor space with lots of grassy areas, outdoor sculptures and Adirondack chairs.

A few weeks ago, my wife and I saw an online listing of an apartment that we wanted to rent, and within literally one minute of a phone call to Nancy, she put the process in motion to show us the unit. Her thoughtful and detailed review of our lease documentation resulted in great comfort for our family. We had a lot of questions and uncertainty with our new apartment, but she came through when we needed her! She knows the city of Philadelphia and the real estate market better than any realtor I have ever known. We are working on our listing our prior apartment, and we have absolutely no doubt that Nancy will do everything she can for an easy and seamless transaction. Visit her office between 17th and 18th and Pine sometime, or just "google" her name online. You'll see her featured with all the major "power players" in this city, and there is clearly a reason why. Real estate is not just Nancy's career.....it's her life..... and it's what she's great at. I recommend ANYONE who's interested in having just a conversation about the real estate market to please give her a call. You'll be very happy that you did.

She has never once responded to my multiple requests to speak, whether I contact her via phone, text, or email. It's extremely frustrating since I am eager to SELL or RENT my property to one of her qualified clients. I would avoid working with Nancy at all costs if you actually want to work with somebody who is even remotely responsive.

I went to an estate sale hosted by Northeastern Estate Sales this past weekend. I attended on the…read morefirst day of the sale and then also stopped by on the last day, in the last hour, in order to try and get some good deals. I have to say that I was EXTREMELY disappointed with how this sale was run and with the professionalism of the staff. The items in the house were great and there were some beautiful things available.....I have no complaint about that. However, the woman running the sale (mid-aged, shoulder length dark hair) seemed like she should have stayed home in bed.....on BOTH days. She was impolite, very short with people asking general questions and completely inflexible with people trying to make deals. It's natural to try and bargain a little bit at a sale and she was acting like people were completely out of line for even asking. I can understand on the first day of the sale if they don't want to drop prices at all.....completely valid. But on the last day of a sale, in the last hour, if someone is trying to knock a few dollars off something (as long as it's not vintage or an expensive collectors item) then go ahead and have some good customer service and make people happy. A couple bucks on the last day won't kill anybody. This is a house sale, not a retail store! These people need to keep in mind that this is supposed to be FUN. People go to estate sales to procure interesting finds, get a great deal, do a little friendly bargaining/haggling and leave happy, feeling like you got an awesome, one of a kind piece. Not here. The staff, specifically the woman running the sale, completely ruined the experience for me. I left in a bad mood both times. I won't be back to an estate sale hosted by this company again. I hope that someone from the company reads this and changes their attitudes.

Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was laid out beautifully and it was a pleasure to browse. It was a nice way to spend an afternoon; a lovely atmosphere and enjoyable banter with the friendly staff. I agree that it's not a retail store, which is why the items are already deeply discounted compared to what you would pay in a retail store! These are good quality items and I paid pennies on the dollar for the pieces I bought. I left the sale happy and will be back for more. Thanks guys - it's the only way to shop! .
