Hillary doesn't take walk-ins, but she has a flexible schedule and strives to accomodate clients scheduling needs. In addition to cuts, she also offers Balayage color, foils, and gloss. She set aside time to FaceTime with me and talk through all the details, was flexible with payments and scheduling, and worked so closely with me to make sure everything was exactly what I wanted. I always felt like I could reach out with a question or change and that she genuinely cared about making the morning go smoothly. We actually ended up skipping my bridal trial, and I have ZERO regrets! I will add that I've had my makeup professionally done a handful of times before, so I felt comfortable knowing what I liked and trusted Kelsey's knowledge and experience enough to skip that step. She absolutely delivered. She got all of my bridesmaids done in what felt like record time, and everyone looked amazing. My mother-in-law and our officiant looked better than I have ever seen them! My MIL has experienced some hair loss, and Kelsey worked her magic and made her look and feel like an absolute queen. Seeing her looking so beautiful and confident was honestly one of my favorite parts of getting ready that morning. And I LOVED how I looked. I still looked like myself, just the absolute best wedding-day version of myself. Kelsey even gave me a little touch-up kit for the day, some of which I needed and some of which I didn't. Full disclosure: I cried WAY too much for absolutely everything to survive until the end of the night , but thankfully we got all the big photos in first! If you know you're a serious crier like I apparently am, I'd recommend throwing a few pieces of your regular makeup into your bag for later-night touch-ups too. I have zero regrets about choosing Kelsey. She made the entire process easy, made the people I love look incredible, and helped make getting ready such a fun and stress-free part of the day. I would book with her again in a heartbeat--although NEVER for another wedding because I am only doing that once!
