I have thick, coarse hair -- and the products they used made it worse, not better. When I finally left, my hair looked dull, dry, and broken at the ends. It was not shiny. It was not smooth. It definitely did not look like I had just paid for a professional blowout. Honestly, it looked like it needed to be washed again. I paid $70 to walk out disappointed. 10/10 do NOT recommend for anyone with thick or coarse hair -- or for anyone expecting to leave looking like they just had a proper salon blowout. First mistake. She did not know what she was doing, she was calling Jess on how to proceed on coloring my hair. She left an orange ring on my head.. I don't understand why she wasn't there the first time Fast forward I come back on a Friday. To be there from noon all the way up until 8pm. Yes. 9+ hrs The process was never explained to me until after she messed up and I had to come back a third time. Jess left around 4 pm to get chick fil a and left me in a chair for over an hour. She finishes at 8 pm - charges me 400+ 2 days later.. my hair looks like a hot Cheeto. I texted Jess to let her know I need to come back and she stalls!!! She kept pushing the time. Saying she was only free after 9 am, then saying 8 am was good. She ends up getting there after 10 am. I also brought a close friend who she rudely shut down and told her she wouldn't be speaking to.
