I had only one session of 30 minutes that honestly was not very helpful, and after indicating i no longer wanted to use the program i was not offered a partial refund (which should be around $8,000). Recently asked again, and was denied any refund by Tracey - Since apparently the agreement says "no refunds" and her old company was liquidated. So i end up paying $10,000 for 30 mins talking with Tracy that honestly are worth more like $300. I understand people trying to develop their business but when this happens when clients are more vulnerable, they should treat them with more empathy and flexibility - i got neither!
