She started off with these really great moves that stretched me out and things were going great for about ten minutes until her phone started ringing. Not only did she take the call, but she was yelling at the person on the other line and the calls didn't stop. They lasted until she said our time was up but because she took a call she would give me ten more minutes. During these ten more minutes she took two more calls and was texting. At one point asking me how to spell 'asking'. I was nice through it all. When we finished up I looked at my watch and it was 5:05. Not only was it not extra time but she was doing my massage almost the whole time with one hand to accommodate her ongoing ranting on the phone. Something about Jimmy or Jenny and alcohol. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The individual rooms are more like stalls in that the barriers between them don't go all the way to the ceiling, so that means you can hear things from other customers, but it's usually not that big of a deal as people tend to be quiet. They offer relaxing music but don't pay for the service so occasionally you have to hear an ad, but you'll be so blissed out from the massage you won't notice it. The massage therapists really know what they're doing. They'll start by kneeling on you (not as creepy as it sounds) and they will really dig into your knots. They're receptive to feedback if the pressure gets too intense or if there are areas you need avoided.
