Jenny is very professional! She always makes sure you are getting the service you desire. She books you by appointment and ensures she takes you in on time. Her work space is always being sanitized with Lysol and is very clean. Her beds are not just flat but you can also receive a massage while you get your lashes done. Nice way to get pampered and feel great without having to over spend. To each it's own but just knowing she is a licensed beauty technician is a plus. A hidden gem in the area of South Gate will not disappoint.

So, 1 am unfortunately giving this establishment a negative review. I got my brows done 2 years and 11 months ago. I did talk to Jenny about what I wanted and gave her as much details as I can but, she didn't see my vision. My brows came out really dark and the strokes she created don't even look good at all. I opted for a natural brow and wanted just extra hair added on but got this transformation. I obviously LOVED my brow shape but she gave me some wacky 2014 Anastasia Beverly Hills brows that don't match my face shape or eyes so that really sucked! If this is your type of brow then go you but, it wasn't for me. Plus, right after the procedure she DID NOT let us leave until we wrote her a review in front of her. I would NEVER force my clients to do that personally. But, she has done good work, I only give her 3 stars because she disappointed me. Plus, I have had to go to 4+ saline removal appointments. Fortunately, my brows have grown and I can finally see good results but, paying $200 each session to get rid of the tattoo has been a pain on my wallet. I only ask that you are careful of where you go get your brows done because I have dealt with a lot of depression because of this. That's all!

I'm updating my review because If I can avoid from anyone going through the same thing I have to go through everyday when I see myself In the mirror I will. I can't believe this lady has audacity to say she doesn't know who I am and that she believes in Karma! I believe in karma too and the only reason they have good reviews is because they pushes people to do the reviews before they leave the salon. As I stated before, initially it seems as if she did a good job, but please see my picture. I thought after a year it would fade, I was wrong. I'm currently looking into saline removal. I also posted a pic of my original review. STAY AWAY!!! I'm only updating this after so long because I don't want anyone to go through what I'm going through. After more than 4 years, I'm still going through the process of trying to remove what Jenny did. The professional that is assisting me with removal states that Jenny, unfortunately did not know what she was doing and went too deep! She went pass the first layer which is the epidermis into the second layer, the dermis which should not be done! Not only did she create a tattoo instead of Microblading, she permanently damaged my eyebrows hair follicle. I've invested so much money in removal. I know that she is inexpensive, and yes, you get what you pay for... lesson learned. I really hope that she has improved throughout the years. Please PLEASE take the time to do your homework and become informed. Trying to save some money will only cost you more after.

I called to set up appointment earlier this week for today. Jenny texted me to ask if I was still coming and I confirmed. I asked about the discount that is shown on the yelp for 5% off if you pay cash. What she answered is not only INSANE but illegal. If you ever get charged a fee for using a card, DECLINE the fee. Businesses sign agreements with banks that state they cannot charge customers additional fees for using their equipment. I was looking forward to this service but 10% fee for using a card is ridiculous and I warned her of the breach of her merchant's terms. 10% of $300 is $30 more for using card. No thanks. read more

Jenny answered all of my questions. She also had me take a look at the mirror several of times to see if I was pleased and also listened to my suggestions (if a minor touch up was needed). Overall, she did a great job. Also, my nerves calmed down when she took a picture of the outline she had done and she was able to show me that my eyebrows were symmetrical. *She had the grid lines feature on. read more

Jenny is amazing! I drive from Sandiego to see her which is a two hour drive because I trust her. I took my mom to get brows done too and she loved it! I have to say, my experience with Jenny exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant about getting the microblading service just because I am a scarry cat. Jenny spent a great deal of time with me to make sure i was comfortable with the shape of my eyebrows. After Jenny outlined my brows , she could sense that I was still a little hesitant. Jenny suggested that I go home and give it more thought just to make sure. Even after spending a great deal of time with me, never once did Jenny make me feel like I was wasting her time or that I was a bother. I felt s0 bad because I KNOW I had took up a lot of her time, yet still I wanted to be sure of what I was putting on my face. I left the salon without getting any services. After more thought, I called her back later that day and she made time for me. Lol so now I was hesitant because I was thinking she was going to do a rush job on me because it was late in the day. I am extremely pleased to say, Jeanny took her time and created a masterpiece. I am IN LOVE with Jennys microblading! I have received countless complements. In addition to the microblading, I got Jennys eyelash extentions! All I got to say is, you can't tell me NOTHIN' I KNOW I look good ;). So Jenny does an amazing job with 3D microblading! She makes them look very good she gives you a good natural shape! And now for the eyelashes I've only done them twice with her, the first time they was perfect I loved them the lashes didn't start falling till 3 weeks later and I got the longest ones the first time. Now the second time I got them done recently I chose to go for the more natural looking eyelashes and they started falling a day later and it looked like it was a lot of glue on them that some of them were facing down so my second experience was not good. read more

Went for my 1 month microblade eyebrow touchup yesterday and saw Jenny putting on eyelash extensions for 1 of her clients. The girls eyes looked so darn pretty with the extensions I had Jenny put on extensions for me after the eyebrow touchup. I have ultra sensitive eyes and can't wear contact lenses so I never bothered looking into eyelash extensions as I thought they'll be heavy and will irritate my eyes. Extremely happy today as I cant even feel that I have the lash extensions on! I have been coming with Jenny for about six months now and I love everything she does. I have tried/ traveled to many eyelash places but no one does work like Jenny. I love how efficient and quick she is. I come every 3-4 weeks to get a fill and sometimes it's not that I need it I just like to have full eyelashes. I recently did Microblading with her and I was very happy with my results. I highly recommend her for lashes and Microblading. You will not regret it. Info for micro brows: $300 only if you pay cash, $350 any other type of payment. 50 bucks for touch up in 4 to 5 weeks. She will give you a list of dos and donts after with care product. She doesn't work Mondays. No need to call, you can text the number, she'll respond within the hour. She has a number of colors to match your skin and hair. If you have old tattoo no problem. No walk ins, text or call for appointment. I literally answered every question you might have. She did a fantastic job on my brows read more

Before the appointment, I showed multiple reference pictures and was hoping that she would understand that I have lighter/feminine features and didn't want anything super dark or heavy. Although the lashes themselves were not badly done, they looked nothing like what I requested. I ended up with a very bold mega volume look that did not flatter my face at all. It completely changed my appearance in a way I wasn't comfortable with. I reached out respectfully afterward and explained that they were too bold and not what I asked for, especially since this was my first lash experience. I asked if she could accommodate me with a removal or some kind of correction, but I was told I would have to pay again for both the removal and a new set. For $120, I expected better communication and a result closer to the references I provided. If you like very bold/full lash styles, her work may work for you, but if you want a softer wispy cat-eye look, I would be cautious and make sure you discuss it very thoroughly beforehand.

I've had permanent eyebrows for over 20 years.Needless to say I'm kinda of an expert when it comes to knowing quality work because I've had them touched up every so often at different establishments. This time I decided to do micro blading instead of the full Tatoo & Jenny did a fabulous job at integrating the micro blading with my old solid tatoo. We kept the shape I had because I was happy with it, but Jenny perfected it by evening it out & adding her magic touch in areas that needed it! I can truly say that from my 20 years experience I've finally found a person that is as particular and perfectionist as I am. Jenny is patient and knowledgeable. I have a cervical injury which makes it hard to lay down for long periods of time, so she accommodated me by allowing me to take breaks as needed. Thanks a million Jenny. Thank you Jenny!!! You did an amazing job! Jenny is very good at what she does! Jenny made me feel very comfortable and she listened to me. She explained what she was doing every step of the way. I was happy with her opening the tools and a new blade in front of me showing me she was being sanitary and careful. She took her time to draw out the outline for my new brows and double checked her measurements multiple times. She was very good at communicating. I asked her to add to a couple of spots, she was willing to do so and never got upset that I was being very picky and critiquing her. She took her time and made sure I was absolutely happy and my eyes brows were perfect before I left. First time getting eyelash extensions and fell in love w the results. I was afraid because I did research in a ton of places so I am glad that I ended up here. I think the only problem was that I didn't communicate my needs as far as eyelashes go, so in a way they didn't come out as I excepted but like I said, it was because I forgot to fully mention how I wanted them. Everyone seems to have liked them (even my bro and he doesn't care about that sort of thing) I love not having to wear mascara. Jenny is amazing and so patient!!! Jenny thee only person I trust as far as doing my eyelashes! She takes her time doing your lashes in a nice comforting area. I usually go to her every 2-3 weeks to get a a touch up. Jenny is very flexible as far as time goes. Somehow I text her the day of and see if she an opening and she always seems to squeeze me in & I love that about her! Her workplace is very clean & the environment she provides is very soothing & relaxing.
