Been here a couple times their work as far as style is good it matched what I wanted, but I noticed they don't lash all your lashes! I noticed this because I always lift my eyelid to check the work and I saw that only 50% of lashes or Lashed,For prices being this high lashes should be lashed at least 90% this is why they only take about an hour to an hour and 20 minutes. No full set Should be that fast I know as I am a lash tech myself . All full set lashes require at least two hours to be done, This is very disappointing specially paying that much for eyelash extensions my retention after a week we're almost all gone. Such a waste of money . And yes, while Lash techs all work differently and have different techniques, your lashes should still be filled more than 50%. Why not Lash all the lashes? read more

I came here about a week ago and got my lashes done. I had been here before and they did amazing, but something was not right this time around. As the lash tech was doing my right eye, I noticed that my eye underneath the lash pad felt dragged down more as if my eye was open. When she started on my lash application, it burned way more than normal and I felt something go into my eye, but I couldn't open it due to the tape to keep it shut. She put eye drops which helped, but the next morning my eye was blood shot red. I went to the doctor and found out it was chemical burn. Lash glue got into my eye and settled at the bottom, resulting in medical eye drops for 2 weeks and a lot of irritation and redness. I got home and the first comment I received from a family member is "the right side looks more fuller than the left" So I looked and did realize something looks off (the first pic provided) The following day I had to go to work so i couldn't go back , anyways the next day (2 days later) i've had significant amount of fall out and it's only been 2 days ! I know to not wet your lashes for the next 24 hours & i didn't but i would constantly wake up to lashes on my pillow case. Anyways I called and they asked to send a picture and had me return to "fix" it , I come in and they assigned me the same tech ‍ Gave her another shot & guess what... the same thing happened 2 days later (second picture provided) so then I called again and told them I was dissatisfied not only once ! but Twice ! & I feel like I wasted time and money and requested a refund since the service was not as expected. especially after paying $140 for lashes & $30 for lash cleanser and then a 3% merchant fee so I literally spent $178 for lashes to not even last me a full week when they should last at least a month . Unfortunately, this business did not do the right thing . They invited me in AGAIN for a 3rd time to fix my lashes & said they cannot give me a refund... and now looking at the reviews it has happened to other ladies before . I'm just going to have to eat the cost and never come back here again unfortunately. I don't know if it's the quality of products or the technicians not knowing how to do proper retention. I know how to properly take care of lashes as I've had them before in the past & my previous tech moved out of state I thought I would give this place a chance especially since they had those Anime lashes . When I arrived she was working on a customer she finished and I noticed that she didn't change the paper sheet you lay on. I already knew this place was not it very unhygienic.! I was referred by a friend to have my lashes done and scheduled my appointment online, where I specifically requested classic lashes. I paid a $20 deposit, with a remaining balance of $59 due at the appointment. When I arrived, I again explained clearly that I wanted classic, natural, individual lashes. The technician showed me photos of three different sets (that were not classic) one priced at $130 and two others whose prices I do not recall. I made it very clear that I wanted a natural classic set, not volume lashes. After the service was completed and I got off the table, I immediately noticed that the lashes were wispy, extremely clumpy, and not natural at all. They do not resemble classic lashes whatsoever and do not look correct. She stated they were NOT individuals, and that I had to pay $99. I showed her my receipt and she disregarded me. I reached out to the owner regarding the issue, but unfortunately, the response was rude and dismissive. I was told they would not fix or remove the lashes that day. I explained that I had a flight to catch and needed to go to work, and I respectfully requested a refund or partial refund due to the service not matching what I requested. I also asked if they could be removed and get classic today, since I had a flight to catch tonight. Despite explaining multiple times that I was unable to return Wednesday as she stated I was repeatedly told to come back for removal, which was not possible because I would be out of town. I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the lack of professionalism in how this situation was handled. Honest review here from my first impression: Location is not the best. In the actual store seemed clean, but it was hot and stuffy in there! There's definitely a language barrier here but if you communicate they will definitely fix and tend to your concerns. The lash glue they use is pretty strong too, wish they had lash glue for sensitive eyes! I got the Natural Anime Lashes, they were beautiful when I first got them, but after couple days they started falling off... very disappointed, after a week they started to look pretty bad. Some of them were twisted and pulling onto my real lashes, while some more has fallen out. So around a week and a half I ended up going to another lash place to get them removed, as they were irritating my eyes. The lash tech told me that whoever placed the lashes glued them too close to my eyes, not only that but the lashes they use were too heavy for my lashes. My lashes felt weak after getting them removed, from the tension it caused, so I don't think I'd come back here again. read more

Finally a location that is outside of the SGV area! This salon is clean, well lit, and very minimal in decor with just the right amount of touch. When stepping inside, there is a cute waiting area with decorative billows and a bin filled with chocolates/refreshments. There are 3-4 lash booths with curtains between each one for privacy. The salon beds are not just comfortable but there is a blanket provided to ensure you have the most comfortable, relaxing experience. The cold AC is an added bonus seeing how warm it has been this summer. There is a restroom in the back of the salon as well. Sally & Jenny are both my go to technicians! They work quick yet are extremely detailed and I never feel any discomfort while they remove my old, outgrown lashes. Right now, they have a grand opening special 50% first time customer.
