Disclaimer: this is an affordable salon with great prices. Do not go expecting everything to be perfect, but go with the mindset that you will get what you paid for. My mom was given attention to all her problem areas on her feet. The deep pedicure scrubbing conducted was what some beauty salons such as Karma Nail Bar in downtown SP charge $50. Envy nails did the same treatment for less than $25 with their current promotion. That's called a deal. Crystal who worked on me is from Las Vegas and knows all the cool trendy nail designs. I got marble nails, and I am in absolute awe. Most salons here do not have that experience and charge double the price. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a nice affordable place to go to upkeep their nails. I especially recommend it to high school and college girls that want LA girl nails. Crystal can basically do any nail design since she worked in Las Vegas. Looking for something Kyle Jenner did? 8/10 Crystal could probs do it. My girl friends and I went for mani/pedis for a party the next day. During the pedi i noticed he didn't trim the nails so I asked him to cut them and he did it on one foot. I had to ask him to do the other foot too because he didn't think to do both. He also didn't file them at all. The pedi was okay, but lacking compared to the place I normally go to. I asked for French tipped gel nails for my mani. The guy cut my nails way too short. There was no nail left and they hurt. The paint is uneven from nail to nail and they left gel and paint all over the skin on my fingers. My nails are so short I can't even scratch the paint off the skin and they look like I tried to do them myself. read more

Mom made an appointment for me one Sunday at 10:00 AM. I drove in for my 10:00 AM appointment and someone was already sitting in Krystal's chair. I wait hours to be seen, even with an appointment. An appointment is not truly an appointment at his place. I was so upset, that I have not been back. Mom stated that she made an appointment for 2 PM one day and she did not get seen for over one and a half hours later. But when she did get seen, Krystal bounced around between 4 customers and she may have been there for over 5 hours! The shop needs MORE help and ONE ON ONE customer attention! People walk in after you and usually SEAT AND FINISH before you! Scheduling and individualized attention is awful! I HAVE NOT been back in over 6 weeks because I am tired of the lack of attention there is, if I mention something, nothing seems to change! I don't feel like sitting four hours. . . . . I work several hours during the weekday and my time off on the weekend is precious. I have other things to accomplish in that time! Please consider making changes. Hire more staff and keep to your appointments and I'll keep recommending this place! If not, I will not be back! read more

All the reviews for this salon are old so I figured I'll take the time to write one (I never do reviews). I really enjoy coming here because of how chill and peaceful the vibe in here is. I would call ahead to see if they have time available before coming in because it's only the lady and her sons working the salon they are great people and do an amazing job and gentle!! If you are in a rush you shouldn't be going to do your nails anyway lol. read more

Super disappointing. I used to love this place and I'm not sure if it's the stress of COVID but I had a really bad experience. My nails aren't even and not the shape I asked for. When I tried to ask the tech to fix them she got frustrated and went off on me. I tried to be polite as they were my nail salon for almost a year. I will never go back after that. Warmly greeted by the young lady. The male was less friendly. My grand daughter wanted a pedicure and I a manicure. The male pointed me to his station. Didn't even ask if I wanted nails trimmed. Just started to trim them. NO!! I'm trying to grow them out. Just file round. Rushed through with the entire service. Did an okay job but just rushed. I did exactly what he told me to do and sat with my hands under drying lamps for 10 min. When I went to open the door, the polish on 3 fingers smeared. The woman redid the nails. Told me sit sit with fan blowing on nails for 10 Min. I waited 15 and she said 'you fine. You can go.' Well they smeared again. My grand daughter had an appointment so we could not wait 15 minutes for the lady to finish what she was doing. So I had to buy polish and remover to redo my own after paying for them to do it. She said well what do you want me to do??? I dunno, maybe your job? Waste if time and money. read more

I usually come here when I'm back in town for the summer from college but recently I guess they hired new or something but the last time I was in the super young boy did my nails I swear he looked about 13 and my nails were so bad I got in the car and saw them in the daylight and almost cried I was so mad. I didn't even want to go back in and deal with trying to get them to fix it so I went to Baly Nails and they fixed it for free thank god. I don't trust this place anymore read more

Although the 2 workers in the salon today (1-23-17) were friendly, I would not return to this salon in the future. I was there for over 4 hours during two separate visits today. First visit, I got a pedi and a fill. The pink and white ombre was horrible. I told her it wasn't what I wanted and she asked me to come back in 1 1/2 hrs. I said ok, but she made sure I paid for everything before I left.... I came back and started soaking off the ombre nails to get a pink and white French nail set. I soaked FOREVER, then she left me to do some eyelashes on dinner and then returned. I soaked even more and then she started my nails. I thought they were way too long so asked her to shorten and she was clearly upset at having to spend more time on my nails. At this point, I just wanted to leave. She filled my nails shorter, etc and I left. I came home only to shorten my nails and completely re shape them..... And tomorrow am going to my normal salon to have them shaped like the picture I had originally showed when I showed up this morning. A very long, wasted day. read more
