She answered all my questions and made the whole experience super comfortable. I arrived 5 minutes early and filled out paperwork. Then Wency showed me to the room (beautifully furnished) and instructed me on how to get ready. She left the room while I got dressed (I really appreciated the privacy of these moments). The whole process took 16-20 min. I thought I had good pain tolerance (I have many tattoos) but boy, did I underestimate the pain of a Brazilian Wax. Also I need about that long to pick a colour which I did while I waited. I went in for a new set of acrylic nails. I haven't had my nails done in about a year and it was time. Nancy is amazing. She did my nails and spent so much time on shaping them and making them perfect. They are the most beautiful almond shape. Easily the best shaped nails I've had, and under 100 dollars for a new set with tip and special chrome powder on each. Unfortunately my phone can't capture the colour (a sort of greige with chrome purple on top) but my nails are stunning and I couldn't be happier I will be back !
