The sales manager, Augie completed all the DMV paper work that Sunday evening and I picked up the Nitro the following Monday. Jack called me as he promised Wednesday saying the part arrived and to bring the vehicle in to replace the defective part. Their mechanic Dane took less than 10 minutes to replace the part and everything worked out fine. After nearly defeat, I called Apex Auto and confirmed the car I was interested in was there and got there 2 hours later. Kevin, the gentleman I spoke with automatically remembered and asked my name. He quickly pointed out the AMG GLA35 I asked about and had paperwork ready for me to test drive. Efficient! I speak fluent Chinese, and my parents came along with me to car shop. The process was seamless. He didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off, provided all the carfax paperwork, and what he needed for me to get the process started to drive out that evening. There wasn't that grimes used car salesman banter I cannot stand at other places and he drew up all paperwork required while I went and sold my car. When I came back, paperwork was ready and I got keys in 30 mins. Walkthrough done, he submitted all my paperwork to file with the DMV and was kind enough to give me all the details I needed with this new fancy 2021 after driving a 2014. Plus on top of that the car has/had a parasitic drawl when it starts. It may start on some days and may not start on other days. Now that has to be fixed. 1. Brake job costed me $482 to fix due to their negligence 2. Upcoming repairs will cost me an $496 to fix because the ignition switch is/was bad upon purchasing the car. All of these prices are with a discount, would have been a lot higher at another repair shop. You can get a car from them but realise there will be repairs, that you will have to go behind them to fix. I know these are used cars but the brakes Olympic Motors removed and put on new brake pads that were not installed properly so that's something I have to pay because they failed. The ignition withdrawal is something they knew about because when it sits for a long period it doesn't start. I know that someone came to check the car out and it probably didn't start. I believe Olympic motors made sure to start it daily for it to start up just to sell it.

Once we got there, we noticed none of the cars had any pricing displayed. Not a single one. Red flag #1. When we made an offer based on the online price, the lowest they would accept was $23.5K. For reference, an $18K car from a reputable dealer would be about $19,700 out‑the‑door. Their number was a $4,000 markup -- roughly a 20% "you don't know any better" upcharge. Red flag #2. Then we learned all their cars are consignment vehicles, and they don't have the pink slip on site. They actually have to "verify" the car is still available and not already sold. What? Red flag #3. A few days later, I called back to follow up. They said they'd "call me back," even though they never took my contact info. Red flag #4. At this point, it's pretty clear what's going on: they want to funnel buyers into high‑interest loans and squeeze as much profit as possible out of each consignment car. Buyer beware. Unless you have absolutely no other options and need their financing, do not waste your time here.
