The response from the owner further confirms my concerns of their business practices. The person I brought with me owns an auto-repair business and is a certified mechanic. He got under the truck to examine due to a small puddle of oil. He confirmed it was clearly not a "loose oil drain bolt" and stated it was obvious to anyone the leak was a bigger issue; possibly to do with the oil pan due to the amount of oil throughout the undercarriage. They did state the issue would be looked into and fixed prior to taking ownership of the truck but were clear it couldn't be looked at or addressed the "same day" as the mechanic location down the street had just shut down for the day and everyone had left. So this claim that it was fixed the same day is highly suspect and further leads me to believe this is a dishonest business. Either they lied about being able to look at it while I was there or they are lying about fixing the issue the same day. Being we are confident it wasn't a drain plug issue, you the reader of this, can do the math. As I stated, due to the issues I did start with a very low out the door offer of $30k, which the owner points out but does not mention the fact they came back stating the full price plus all costs...I countered with an offer of $35k out the door and was brushed off. At that point I asked if they had any intention on negotiating the price wherein I was told what I outlined in my original review. All of this aside, there is no excuse, and not shockingly no apology, for running my credit prior to any negotiations taking place. I hope this review saves at least one other person from making the mistake of doing business at this location. read more

I should have done this review as soon as I noticed the things going wrong with my car, but I was promised by the manager that they would help me fix the car. I took the car there after several things started going wrong with it after just a few months of getting the car. I got it in November, the AC went out and they had promised to fix it... never got my call back. I took it there, they said they would order the part, never got a call back. So many things that had happened in just a couple of months. The AC, the drivetrain, the emblems are unmatched from A different model, the tire popped! They had my car under repairs for 21 days and once i got my car back it set fire due to faulty repairs and i almost died. I had a good experience with Ali at Pro X Motors. I run a small business and needed to purchase a service van. I searched online for a 2019 Ford transit connect... Pro X advertised the best price for a low-miles vehicle. They added in a couple of accessory charges, but I'm learning that this is now pretty standard when it comes to online shopping. If you go to a dealership, expecting the price as advertised online, be aware that there may be accessory fees. In the end, I still got a fair price. Once I left the dealership, I was concerned because the vehicle started to have some engine trouble. Unfortunately, I learned that I purchased a vehicle with a faulty transmission. So frustrated at first because I had to replace the transmission on a low-miles vehicle, but to the credit of Ali and Pro X... They helped to partially compensate me for this issue. Even though I bought the vehicle "as is," Pro X prioritized customer service and at least helped me to share in the cost to make sure this was a good purchase. I don't think other dealerships would have done this so I give them a lot of credit. I was getting ready to write a bad review when they offered to help me with these charges. So it was a headache to go through all of this, but that I appreciate that Pro X considered my situation and did the right thing in the end. read more

My salesman Morris was very professional, welcoming, friendly, he knew all the features on my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was impressed on how Morris knew everything about this Jeep. I purchased an electric vehicle from this dealer, I asked the sales representative "how many times do I have to charge it to take it from Long Beach to Las Vegas" he said "none, one charge will get you there", his response was the decisive factor to make the purchase. The transaction was done late on Sunday, on Monday night I realized that the maximum range is 93 miles for the full battery, making his a false statement. I called the sales rep on Tuesday early morning asking to for an exchange but after talking to the manager they were not able to help me out. This is indeed a form of false advertisement and bad business. I have completed my complaint with Capital1, BBB and dispute with all 3 credit bureau for fraud credit pull. Honestly 6 months in with the car that I purchase from proxmotors and have been a total nightmare. Don't buy a used Mercedes from here. Especially above 50k miles I have spent 5k on fixing a 2019 c300 they sold me. Please inspect the car really good when looking to buy from here. Months after I noticed who ever did work before on the car they put silicone on a part of the engine because they broke it. Honestly worst investment I've done buying from these rip off people. Currently my car is sitting in Mercedes Benz dtla because the turbo on the c300 is faulty. Last time I called this place they told me Ali was fired and a new owner went in.
