I called after getting frustrated with the process and run around, spending hours at other large dealerships in the area and getting my car appraised. After nearly defeat, I called Apex Auto and confirmed the car I was interested in was there and got there 2 hours later. Kevin, the gentleman I spoke with automatically remembered and asked my name. He quickly pointed out the AMG GLA35 I asked about and had paperwork ready for me to test drive. Efficient! I speak fluent Chinese, and my parents came along with me to car shop. The process was seamless. He didn't make me feel like I was being ripped off, provided all the carfax paperwork, and what he needed for me to get the process started to drive out that evening. There wasn't that grimes used car salesman banter I cannot stand at other places and he drew up all paperwork required while I went and sold my car. When I came back, paperwork was ready and I got keys in 30 mins. Walkthrough done, he submitted all my paperwork to file with the DMV and was kind enough to give me all the details I needed with this new fancy 2021 after driving a 2014. Also gave me an OEM USB C because the car doesn't have usb ports and is all USB c ports :) Kevin was professional, kind, patient, honest and helpful.
