They told me that was on me and that taking care of something like this falls out of their range. BUYER BEWARE!! Was extremely leary about purchasing through them, but it's exactly what we we're wanting and had low miles. My husband was checking as thoroughly as you can without jacking it up and checking underneath. They had their mechanic check it out, sending us pictures of him looking at it to make us more comfortable. Mechanic said it checked out great. Haven't drove the car except home that night and then woke up next morning to a puddle of fluids underneath. We took it to a reputable shop. They said it was poorly fixed with major parts jb welded. And it should not be driven. Also they sold us a warranty that won't cover any cost of getting it fixed because of the crap that's been done to it. Please stay away from this place! read more

Please do your homework on purchasing used cars. They sold us a lemon and the limited warranty was useless and covered none of the repairs. When we reached out to the dealership for help they told us too bad they are liable. We barley made the second payment and are now stuck with a loan and a car that doesn't operate. Please beware of this dealership they take advantage of everyday buyers and do not care how the hardship effects the buyer. It was a really easy process buying a used car. Aaron was super helpful! There was no pressure when I was deciding between two cars. From the first phone call to the dealer to the moment I signed our paperwork I received excellent customer service! I had to retire my 1992 Honda Accord so of course I needed a new car for work asap, but the used car route was a better option for me financially. I showed up to the dealer, told Aaron my budget, and he showed me a few options. Their cars look beautiful and seem to be in great condition. I ended up buying a 2008 Mazda6 after test driving it and I'm so happily in love with my car! Just got my first car from here. It's Civic 2006. Tho, I got problem with aux jack, which I think that's fine. What do you expect when buying used car anyway as long as car driveable and safe. No pressure sales! Very relaxed atmosphere! Aaron is friendly and helpful. He explained everything pertinent to 2007 Elantra Hyundai I purchased. He was upfront in letting me know everything he knew about the car. Also gave me tips on how to get accessories (such as remote keys, etc.). Aaron went beyond the call of duty in prepping the car so I can drive it off. He even polished the headlights as they were slightly yellow. Also noticed the variation of cars they offer for sale. I purchased a 2011 Nissan from Venture Auto about a month ago. Although Aaron was very friendly and the shop was super personable, I don't think they thoroughly check their cars before sale. Went in to purchase the car on a Friday, after taking some time to research the vehicle and get its carfax. While test driving it around I heard minor squeaks, to which I asked and Aaron assured me that was just the brake type and they were fine. I purchased the car because other than that it was in my price range and what seemed like well condition.With the purchase I was told I would of got an automatic key control which was to come on Monday. I come back on Monday and he has the control but is unable to connect it to the car , so he gives me key control tells me to just take it to an alarm shop and they'll do it easy. Which was not true, asked several locations and wasn't even legit control for type of car purchased. After calling him he says I don't understand it's same control, so I decided to let that slide. One week later I'm driving and my ac goes out, I pay $100 to repair. When I call venture auto to speak to Aaron he says they only cover engine and transmission. Im the next two weeks I decide maybe I should go and get the car looked at more in detail. To my surprise three different places quote me and tell me front breaks are running very thin, less than 50%. Even worse the back breaks are hazardous and I can not be let out mechanic because it's unsafe to drive because they are METAL to METAL!! Had to change both front and back breaks and all back rotors!! The mechanic told me they are shocked the venture auto dealership let the car go with such hazardous and dangerous breaks. Between all of this I have called Aaron to which he replied, "that he checked them and that they only cover engine and transmission." Over all I spent another 500 after just purchasing the car. Maybe I'm the foolish one, I'm only 24 and this was my first car purchase after having my old 97 stolen from me. I came to Aaron with this information and he seemed like a trust worthy person. In the end though, I don't believe he thoroughly checks his vehicles before sale. I would not recommend, especially if you're a women who knows nothing about cars. You're better off going to a more legit dealership that actually takes the time to inspect their cars before sale. To your reply: So because it was a competitive deal that means that my safety should be compromised? If it was a thorough inspection then I shouldn't have had to get front and back brake changes within a month of purchasing the car. I had two different mechanics that told me that the brakes were in terrible shape. (I can even provide quotes and information directly, they were just as astonished and disappointed as I was in the shape it was sold) It was deemed unsafe to leave the mechanic, and luckily I took it in time, after continuously hearing the breaks squeak. Luckily I didn't trust your word about them squeaking just because they were "economic brakes." This could of been worse than a bad yelp review, but my life could've been taken if I had gotten into an accident. I don't know what it is you could do for me now as I have already called before and your response was that you only cover engine and transmission. So I guess the question is, what CAN you do for me at this point? read more

I purchased a honda accord thinking I would have no issues at all since my last honda lasted me until this day but just wanted another vehicle since my old honda was salvaged. when i purchased the vehicle I only had a 30 day warranty. The car then broke down 2 weeks after warranty ,then I called the dealership for assistance thinking since I had just bought the car and he wouldnt help at all since the 30 day was up. I then had to get several mechanics try to figure out what the problem was with the vehicle which one of the guys was recommended by the dealership such a coincidence! I then took it to honda and paid 750 dollars in repairs! Then I had the car back for about a week and the transmission blew out so now im stuck without a car and stuck with payments to make on a car that obviously was a lemon and not checked thoroughly before selling. And to think that he did not want to help me at all after me purchasing a vehicle from them. So unsatisfied with the customer service! would not recommend anyone to come here because your bound to be screwed over and left carless! read more
