The employee at Jensen apologized, and said they were completely booked for the day. I called discount tire, got a friendly person on the phone, told me to come on down, may be a wait, but if I get there soon, he says I can get out by noon. Go down to Discount Tire give him my keys, my info and I go home. 11:00 I get a text my car is done. Head back down to Discount Tire, where the young man thanks me for entrusting them to repair my tire, and appreciates my patience. I ask how much do I owe and he says, "No Charge!" I learned something new. Just because a business preaches customer loyalty, promises free tire rotation and repair, don't really appreciate your business. Their saying is just a gimmick. I also realized where I WILL NEVER go to again, to buy tires. Thank you Jensen for letting me know I ain't poop, to you. My girlfriend needs tires soon. I assure you we'll go to Discount Tire. This close to Christmas, on a Friday, so thankful Discount Tire did not turn me away.

A little longer than they quoted me, but I expected this much given I was a walk in and didn't have an appointment. Although I had a scheduled appointment for two days later, I was encouraged to come to the store if I was flexible. They called to confirm that all my items were there. The associate was friendly, and the manager informed me that she was still in training. She quickly assisted me with the check-in and paperwork. Given that it was a walk-in appointment, the estimated service time was impressively accurate at 90 minutes. However, I did notice that the bathroom did not have a working soap dispenser. As I was leaving, I realized that she had forgotten to charge me for the alignment, which I pointed out and paid for. However, after driving about five miles away, I noticed that the alignment had not properly centered the steering wheel; it was noticeably off, around the 1:30 position. I returned two days later to have the tires retorqued, and the staff apologized for the alignment issue. They fixed it within 45 minutes, even during a very busy morning.

Second I get home my right front cap is missing, bolts still there showing it was over tightened, check the rest and guess what? 2 more same problem, third and if it was daylight when they were done I wouldn't have left cause I would have seen them but they scratched all 4 of my wheels. 0 out of 5 stars would not take my bicycle there for work. Having to undertake a major repair with a shop we knew little about definitely made us a bit nervous, but from the very start Joe offered very competitive pricing and was very upfront about when he could get the work done. My son ended up having to leave the vehicle there and fly home and then go back a few weeks later for it while a used transmission was being shipped, but during that time Joe kept his car secure and even stored it inside as it was packed full.
