I trust them completly with the safety of my vehicle. I took my brother here to arrange for his tire to be fixed. He had it towed here the night before because he thought the rim would need to be replaced. It seemed very busy on this Saturday so we wondered if they could even get to it. They did and my brother was happy with the price. No upselling to reject either! And he didn't need a rim. I am so pleased with TO Haas. The very first time I stopped in, someone was driving by and told me my tire was low. I went to the nearest auto place and TO Haas took me in right away. It was raining and I was not having a good day, this was the last thing I needed. They fixed the leak then told me "no charge". I was shocked! He said it wasn't a bad leak and they fixed it easily so no charge for me and to "have a good day". It turned my whole day around. I have gone to them ever since that day 10 years ago and have compared prices on every repair and they have always been the lowest. I've gone to both 50th & L and 120th & Center and both are great, but 50th is closer to me. They are all so helpful and I highly recommend them. If you are a young woman please don't go here. I only chose this place because my hometown t.o. haas in Central City, NE is amazing. This location not so much. They are rude and tried to take advantage of me probably because I'm a young female student and they didn't think I would get a second opinion. I experienced this two out of the three times I've been in and will not go back. The guys in front seemed annoyed by my asking questions about my car and their answers are always belittling. Also, after getting multiple other opinions it was a general consensus that the (long) list that they gave me to get fixed on my car didn't even make sense. Nice try guys, sorry I didn't take your bullshit. read more

the quickest oil change i've ever had!!! not kidding i was in and out of there in under 40 minutes which is so convenient. the guys there are all so nice and really helpful too which for me is great for someone who doesn't know anything about cars and feels intimidated going to auto shops! only downfall is that my oil change is much pricer than one's i've received in the past so i was kind of bummed about that. especially since other t.o haas locations charge less. read more

I have been using various car repair locations the past several years but now go to this location exclusively for light vehicle maintenance/tires. Your service needs are listened to. If further service is needed after they check out your vehicle, it will be presented to you; but not forced on you with some high pressure sales pitch. At some point, you must trust someones expertise in their field to take care of you. I trust these guys. They will do this with a friendly attitude and fair price. Worst customer service. Niece took car in to 48th street location to have tire repaired after AAA replaced with spare. When asked to put it on in replacement of the spare they gave her a hard time. How can a business expect to have a good referral or sell them products in the future with such lousy customer service. read more

I have been going to this location for years for my truck tires. They have a large selection of tires, however I always purchase the economy Mazzini economy saver tires. The one drawback to the economy saver tires is the prices can go up slightly depending on the Chinese tariffs. read more

I highly reccommend anyone needing new tires or steering/suspension work to go here. Tire buying doesn't get any better than this. After mounting my tires and going on the rack for alignment, I was invited to the alignment console and was shown how close to normal the alignment was and since only a very minor adjutment was needed, Eric discounted the alignment fee (charged me only for an inspection). I also observed their approach and conversations with other customers while I was waiting, and they were taking the time to explain all aspects of their car problems and repairs. Nice. They will be getting all my tire and related business as long as I am in the Omaha area. Thanks. read more

I chose this place to have a couple tires replaced after a flat tire emergency and drove away impressed. The staff was extremely friendly, honest and didn't try to oversell me. The only downside to my visit that I can point to was that they had to order the tires from a warehouse and I had to come back after a few hours, but that wasn't their fault - you can't expect a tire shop to keep every tire model in stock. After one visit, this place definitely gained my trust. I would recommend TO Haas to anybody in the area needing tire service. I'm sure they're just as top notch with auto service as well. read more

I would NOT recommend them. I had a bad experience as a woman. Took my car in for the simple tasks of tire rotation and oil change. When I picked up they said my pressure valve on one of tires was not working. I did not hear him tell me this as I was paying because if I had I would have made them fix it before I left that day knowing it all worked when I dropped off that day to be serviced. Needless to say about two hours later I had a code thrown on my car stating Tire PSI needs service. I called them and spoke with Mick, Store Manager, who is person I spoke with prior. He was so rude as I was trying to tell him it was not like that when I dropped off, he tried to talk over me without allowing me to get a word in edgewise. Then, he hung up on me. I called back and asked what he plans to do to fix it as they incurred the code I had nothing wrong prior. He told me to bring back in next day at 7:30 a.m. I called right before to confirm the mechanics would be there as I know normally they don't come in until later. He said he asked the tire person to come in early and again hung up on me. WOW!! How about the customer service? TERRIBLE for a store manager to hang up on a customer several times and when I dropped off my car the tire person still was not there. WOMAN BEWARE, shady company and I will NOT be back nor recommend to anyone. read more

I would never take your car here to be serviced by this business. I broke down in Omaha on my way home and took my Ford Escape in to T.O. Haas to see if they could get me back on the road. They serviced my car with a new rear catalytic converter and advised me that if I did not get the engine coils and two front cats looked at soon I would run into more trouble. OK, will do. After being guaranteed multiple times that I would make it home, I broke down again no more than 2 hours after leaving the shop with the same problem. After towing it an additional 130 miles to my home town mechanic, I learned that the part they put in for me was completely destroyed. When I called to see if the part was under warranty or if I could get my money back for the useless service, they refused and told me it was my fault. I ended up throwing away hundreds of dollars, time, and effort to an untrustworthy establishment. I would never take my car to T.O. Haas, they are an incompetent mechanic shop that does not care about the well being of their customers. read more

I came in to the store in Omaha 120th st in a pinch. My tire stem was leaking air...fast. The staff took care of me in no time. We discovered a flat tyre caused by a link from a commercial truck chain when crossing the snowy Colorado mountain passes. It was discovered only when refuelling after reaching Omaha. After changing the tyre, the hotel receptionist kindly looked up Michelin shops in the city. The puncture was quickly repaired next morning. After a friendly discussion with the manager while the repair took place, we were sent on our way with a kindly, "no charge". If you live in Omaha, I can strongly recommend this shop. read more

I used to be a customer of T.O. Haas Tire until my most recent experience. Took my van in for brake inspection and was told I needed $800 worth of work. I took it to my regular garage (professional mechanics) and turns out my brakes were at the 80% of life still on them, the rotors and drums were all fine, just needed to have a rotor turned. The work I needed done was less than $100. I used to be a regular at T.O. Haas, purchasing tires and routine maintenance when it was not convenient to get to my regular mechanic. NO MORE. read more
