I spent good money for a full set of tires and pressure sensors and they couldn't even whip off the excess bead sealer that was splattered all over my rims. went in for a heater switch. they called and said that they couldnt get the correct switch tried 3 times. said they cant fix it. so I took my vehicle to the dealer and with out telling them the story they called me and told me that the heater switch was stripped, so I told them the story they replied that that is why they didn't fix it they stripped out the activator door taking it out and that's why they didn't want to now repair it. went from a $500 repair to a $3400 repair when I approached the corporate office they said to bad. you can't prove it. but I have documentation from the dealer that says otherwise. read more

Make sure you get a full quote before deciding to have work done. They do not include everything when installing new tires. We were told it would take 2 or 2 1/2 hours, it was more than 3 hours. The people were rude and not very apologetic for anything. read more

I was by-pass heading from Columbus to Omaha and ran over a tie down steel end hook. Ran over it and it stuck in my tire. It didn't go immediately go flat but was slowly losing air. I did a quick google search and Jensen Tire came up. Mapped it and it was 5 miles away and 4:30 in the afternoon. Losing air, with the steel piece banging as it went around the wheel well, I headed for the shop. Arrived at 4:45 with 17 pounds of air left, and told them my dilemma. They said they would get it in. They did and I was on the road within an hour. Thank you Jensen Tire and Auto, you were awesome. Can't thank you enough. I took my van in for the free AC check they'd been advertising, after Ac blowing hot air for a couple weeks. I told them to just do the check then call me. They called me and said that they couldn't find any leaks, even when they hooked it up to some machine, and that my 'only option' was to have them recharge it and put dye in it so that when it ran out, I could take it back and they could see where the leak was coming from. I agreed, but when I arrived to pay, I noticed a charge for the performance check, which was supposed to be free (coupon). When I questioned it, the guy first said that the coupon only covered a visual inspection, not when they used the machine (how do you do a leak test visually?) . I pushed further and he said it's only free if you don't get service, which makes no sense at all, and when he went back to ask his service manager, he said it's part of the price of recharging. Also last month I took in a flat tire, they told me that all they had in stock was a premium $100 tire and I'd have to wait at least a week if I wanted a cheaper one. I can't prove if this is true or not, but these guys are shifty. Go elsewhere read more

I've been going here for seven years. I never had an issue, until my most recent experience. But in this case, I believe it speaks volumes for the respect they have for their customers. I went in for an oil change recently, and after paying for the service, I came out to find that one door handle had been cracked, and another dented on the driver's side of the vehicle. I immediately brought this to the attention of the attendant. He came out to have a look and instantly went on the defensive. He claimed the crack and physical dent were the result of "sun damage." He then got the manager, who was even more unreasonable, claiming (without looking into the situation in the slightest) that there was absolutely no way they caused the damage. I escalated the issue up to the district level, and after consulting with a picture and the manager, they decided it was existing damage. I understand there are a lot of cases where they could be ripped off, but what are you supposed to do as a customer to prove these situations? You are at the mercy of an establishment's integrity and accountability for issues like this. Both Jensen, seems to be lacking. Using Jensen, you won't have an issue until you do. And when you do, don't expect them to have your back. read more

I don't even know how to start? My experience was horrible! The worst I have ever experienced. I took my truck in to have my brakes and rotors replaced and did mention to them about a noise coming from the back when I drove they said they would run a diagnostic on it and tell me what it was, they made me wait till the next day to tell me they would have to order some parts from the Ford dealership I took my truck in on Friday they called me on Saturday to tell me the cost would be $2,150 for the repairs including the brakes I originally went in for. On Saturday they told me I would have to wait till Wednesday and my truck would be done by Wednesday, I went in on Wednesday afternoon around 2pm because I had not heard anything from them, when I arrived at the shop( I had been walking to places because I have no other transportation) they gave me the bad news that the parts did not fit my truck and they could not figure out what was wrong with my truck and why the parts where not fitting? They were quoting me on more parts when I asked them to put my truck back together they did not want to at first but then they told me they had cut of my trucks parts and did not have my original parts and that I would have to pay for the new parts they ordered because they had put some of them on to replace the ones the cut off/broke off my truck. I ended up paying $788 dollars and I had to town my truck out of their shop with my truck missing parts and could not run because they could not put my truck back together. They charged me almost $800 dollars for labor and parts. I drove my truck in and towed my truck out in pieces. The representative had such a arrogant attitude telling me my truck was taking up their dock space and was trying to tell me I was making them lose money because they could not use their dock to repair cars because my truck was just sitting there. The worst experience for any customer ever. I don't even know how to feel about what happened to me I am still in shock. I took my truck in on Friday October 1st 2021 and towed it out on Wednesday October 6 2021. read more

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. They botched a simple procedure and left me with over 1,000 dollars in repair work that they actually couldn't do. They refused to take responsibility for the expensive mistake and basically said "oops" and sent me on my way. The least upstanding mechanics I have ever used. I would not even recommend an oil change from them. There are plenty of mechanics in Fremont, don't expect good service or trust at Jensen. Zero stars. read more
