Two years ago, my RV trailer lights went out during a trip to Door County. A place in Green Bay fixed the electrical connection, and it lasted for a year. Then it went out again. A place in Illinois tried, but couldn't fix it. Another place in Illinois said they fixed it. But when I moved up here to Chippewa Falls, and connected up the RV, no lights. Brad fixed it. And like the name, his charges were very reasonable. I'll go there again when I need something else fixed, and so should you. Ask around the community; Brad's has an excellent reputation.

It had tiger stripes, orange peel, overspray, other issues I can't remember. It's been a few years. They actually had the audacity to tell me, you paid for a basic paint job not a superior paint job that's what you got. Interestingly enough I don't know a single body shop, mechanic shop or subway sandwich shop for that matter in the area that would say such a thing other than this place. I was given a discount for doing business with Marks sister Angela and having utilized her company for 10+ years but he most certainly took that away once I complained about the sub par workmanship at his shop. They repaired the things that were needing repair after a customer complained but I've would never return to this clown show facility again.

The owner personally came out and conducted the most thorough inspection (in comparison to the other two shops); they scheduled my service the following week (in comparison to one of the other shops that said I couldn't get in for another 6-8 weeks); the communications throughout the process both email and phone calls were prompt and responsive; the repairs were completed within the timeframe anticipated; and they worked directly with my insurance company to manage the payment for services. When I picked up my car, they had cleaned the inside and the outside looked refreshed. Given the service and quality of work, I'd definitely recommend them.

I recently bought a 2024 Subaru Impreza from Jay at Randy's Auto. Jay was fantastic to work with…read more He gave us a great deal, and was very friendly, easy to talk to, and communicative. He shared with us all the details of the car, the accident it had been in, the work they had done to fix it, and was very transparent with it all. I test-drove the car and didn't notice any issues, so I bought it and I drove it home (2.5hrs away). The next day, we noticed a clunking happening in the right passenger front tire. Every time we turned, the clunking was loud. I thought "uh-oh." The deal was too good to be true, and we got screwed. So I called Jay, because he had given me a short warranty on the vehicle. He recommended I get it checked out at a local auto shop which I did. Turns out the CV Axle Shaft was binding up and causing the clunking. So I called Jay, and he said instead of having the shop fix it (which was going to be pretty expensive), he would send a truck to pick up the car (I live 2.5hrs away), bring the vehicle back to his shop, fix the CV Axle and then deliver the car back to me at no charge to us. I was floored that he would do that. Especially considering it was a salvage car, and he didn't really have any responsibility to do that. Jay really demonstrated a tremendous amount of integrity, and was very communicative the entire time, he sent pictures of when it was picked up, pictures of it in the shop getting fixed, and when it was all done. He was proactive in communicating with us, I didn't have to badger or bother him for updates. It was really quite amazing. The car was delivered back, the problem was resolved, and he didn't ask for anything additional from us. I have to say, I'm very impressed. Jay demonstrated a level of integrity and professionalism and just all around nice-ness and good-human-ness that was refreshing and appreciative. I highly recommend him and Randy's auto for purchasing vehicles. You never know what you're going to get out there, and Jay and his team were top notch.
