Today was my 4th Ionic Detox Foot Bath with Jen (and I have already schedule my next one). First, it is just amazing to see the differences between each bath as I am taking them on a consistent basis. And second, my experience with Jen. Jen has extensive knowledge in the detoxification arena and beyond (of course, she is a a Biochemist). Personally, I love how she explain to me the meanings of what is going on internally in my body and frankly, I enjoy her company, I always leave with the feeling that there is so much more to learn from her. Since all I do is sit and let my fit soak, we spend time together and as an extra benefit I get educated by her. When I' more aware of what is going on with me and what I may be able to do based on the new knowledge, it really helps me to make health choices that are putting me (and keeping me) on the right track for health. I've always been curious about getting a foot bath detox, but was also a bit skeptical. Could this really work? Is it just a gimmick? OH was I wrong. Immediately, I felt more energy after my first visit. And WOW, all the stuff that came out of me was intriguing. Jen was able to identify all the different things in my water and trace it back to an actual symptom that I was going through. I've been seeing Jen for about a year now and I can truly feel the difference in my body. And if I can't find the time to see her, my body tells me so. It's helped with my breakouts and really just detoxifying my body. My greatest achievement from the detox is my bad knee from an injury that occurred quite a while ago.
