But simply saying "we're not allowed" does not explain how allowing a heavily pregnant paying customer to use an employee restroom would have endangered her, your staff, or anyone else. The ice cream was good. The staff was otherwise friendly. My criticism remains exactly what it was: when presented with an unusual and very human circumstance, your business chose rigid adherence to a rule over a small act of kindness.
