It's disappointing because I love Meyer's sausage when I would buy it from HEB, cook it at home, and thought the experience would be the same or better at a full restaurant. The brisket is seriously disappointing; it was extremely dry. Opportunities to Improve: A couple of suggestions. One, ensure that the staff loves what they do. We just didn't feel the love, comparing it to others that we love going to. Secondly, focus on the quality of the food. The standards are something I've grown to love at Meyers, but it was disappointing. ---- Summary: I hope they can address the issues, and if I see reviews pick up, we will definitely stop by and give it a second chance.
