I came in on a Saturday, and they were not to busy, and I was out in about 30 minutes are so. I really appreciate the gentleman, that helped, as he showed me the air filter, and said, "it still looks good". So how many times have you ever taken your car for an oil change, and they always tell you, "You should replace it". Well, every time I take my car to Jiffy Lube, they are honest. I'll start by saying the girl that I interacted with was kind, and seemed helpful.... But all three people that were working when I was there all needed more training, it was clear non of them knew what they were doing. I took by car for a oil change/inspection, after awhile she came in and expressed that they were having trouble getting the filter cap off, she said they had 3 people trying..... they ended up telling me that I had to go back to the people that screwed it on too tight and have them take it off.... Basically they already emptied my oil and now could not fix it. They said they filled it with 3quarts so I could make it straight to a mechanic. They also took an extremely long time with the inspection after telling me they could not do the oil change, way longer than any inspection I've ever had. I went to a amazing mechanic that I have gone too before and he got the cap off immediately!! Jiffy lube broke the cap trying to take it off so I had to replace that too. Bottom line, they're not training people like they should. I will never return and would never recommend anyone else to go here! read more

I'm writing this review on behalf of my 67 yr old mother. She went to this location on April 9th to get her oil change. After leaving her car started to shake, engine started screaming and wouldn't change gear. So she returned to tell them what was happening. They told her she needed to drive to a branch in the HEB area to check her alignment (WHAT?!) My mother very angry, flustered and doesn't speak English very well but was trying to tell them she didn't have this problem before she arrived to get her oil change but the female manager kept insisting on her to go there to get her alignment checked. She ended up going to Firestone down the street to ask them for help. After they inspected her Honda, they asked her what services she got done at jiffy lube and she told them to get an oil change. The Firestone mechanic said they drained her transmission fluid and never refilled it. Out of courtesy the Firestone rep called the clowns at Jiffy Lube to let them know what they did and they ended up bringing in transmission fluid to refill my mom's car. read more

Came in around 1 PM and was in and out quickly. I got the full synthetic oil change for my parents car. The staff was nothing less than friendly! They were super kind and sweet as well. I went to a different place that was also on cooper, but decided to give this place a try because the other place didn't make me feel as comfortable. The wait time is minimal and they explain everything that they are going to do before they do it. They tell you what the factory recommends and what they have seen and done in the past for your particular vehicle. This is was second time coming here. I came back because I was thrilled the first time with the service that was provided by Wendell the manager. He provided me with a inspection for my car and sent me on my way. Fast forward to a couple weeks ago. I came in looking to get a oil change and new inspection due for my vehicle. Unfortunately the manager Wendall was tied up with other customers. However some young lady was responsible for maintaining my vehicle. First problem I have is, no oil was placed in my car. Maybe she forgot. Second, she cleaned my windows or at least she thought she did. I didn't ask for it yet I was charged for it. There was no oil change sticker placed in the window. Did I contact the store no I didn't think it would matter. I just added oil in myself. So I lost $120.00. Maybe because it was early on a Saturday morning the young lady was tired well at least she looked tired. The staff was more concerned about taking a smoke break rather than taking care of the customer. You should provide customer service first to assist all customers around then you can take a break. While the service was attentive and quick, they did not service my vehicle for the service I paid for. The checklist stated that they added windshield wiper fluid, they did not. I knew I was out so that was the first thing I checked and sure enough no fluid. If the service states it includes wiper fluid in the fee, then don't just assume, actually check it!!! read more

I have never had a problem with Jiffy Lube until I came to this location. Twice now they have caused the skid plate of my car to come loose. They fixed it the first time, but after the second incident their solution was to fasten the skid plate with zip ties, which I find completely unacceptable. Now that I must pay to have this part replaced/repaired, it absolutely would have been more cost effective to have my oil changed at the Acura dealership. I wouldn't even trust this location to repair a bicycle at this point. Save your time and money and stay away! read more

So happy with my experience! Very polite staff and quick service. But the biggest thing to me was there was no sales pressure! I came in thinking I needed my oil changed and inspection done. Well he saved me from having to do my inspection again when I renew my tags by letting me know I was ok with it expired until my tags went out. Then unlike experiences elsewhere, when he showed me my air filter he said it was a little dirty, but could wait. I've NEVER had somewhere not try to convince me to go ahead and take care of it. He also showed me the breakdown of what other things I was due for according to my mileage, or which ones were coming up, but it was purely informational. When I didn't ask to do any of them he moved right along without asking or pressuring me to take care of them. Seriously, being a young female, I have ALWAYS had mechanics try to talk me into unnecessary things, and even show me "proof" because they think I don't know enough about cars to know better. The service is fast but let's talk about 2 stars. So after they pulled my car around back I sat and waited 10 mins later is how they got 2 stars. They had me walk around my car where they are doing the oil change mind you I'm wearing flipped flops and could fall in the whole. In the modern era where dealership waiting rooms have playgrounds and computers and even putting greens this place is a relic. But when you need a fast inspection or just a quick oil change you don't always need stuff to make you comfortable for an hour or two, you probably hope you're gone in 20 min and from my experience this place works fast. I can't say I have any experience with them beyond the very basic and as some of them appear to be really young I'm not sure I'd pick this place first if I needed anything more extensive but for basic stuff I've come here 3-4 times this year and they get me in and out. read more

If I knew how to add pictures, I would. I stopped for the Early Bird Special. Quinte said that they discontinued it, but that he'd "take care of me". So I got out of the truck and he saw my coupon and said nothing more. I went inside as guided. After a few minutes, he came in and said that he'd take off $10, which is the coupon I had for back-up. He lied just to get me out of the truck. I needed my oil changed and I was already there, so I rolled with it. Until... I was at Wal-mart and noticed that a tire cap was missing, also, every single window has gas station smear marks from a sloppy window cleaning job. I could be wrong, but in the past, associates always used paper towels and elbow grease. So I checked my work order, to add insult to injury, I discover that "Vacuum Floors" was declined AND THEY DIDN'T ASK ME! LOL, they declined to vacuumed. I SPENT $45 ON A CRAPPY OIL CHANGE WITH "THE WORKS" Further insult?Absolutely, Quinte answered the phone 36 minutes ago after 2 minutes of ringing. I asked to speak with the store manager about the undisclosed aforementioned issues. He said politely to hold on and I have been...ever since. Had my vehicle inspected five weeks ago and misplaced the receipt. I went in to request a copy and Leo went took the time to go through certain tasks including looking through a large stack of inspection reports. To be honest, if I could give no stars I would. Took my car in for a oil change and a transmission fluid flush and changed out. I was happy with the initial service, they were fast and even showed me I needed a new air filter. Left happy. However - first problem came when I realized they didn't reset my oil light on the car, no big deal. I went back that evening and they reset it for me. Then I noticed I didn't get the sticker to remind me when it needs doing again (I always like the reminder.) again not a big issue but I really didn't want to go back. This is not why I'm giving one star. Not even a week after getting the work done, my transmission has overheated and unable to drive the car at all. It took 9 phone calls to get hold of them for them to tell me the manager was out of town and wasn't back for a week. The day he was back I called 15 times to finally get a hold of him for me to initially tell me he will do anything he can to help. He wanted to call me back once he got up my paperwork. He called back and said nothing we can do as there was already a problem with the transmission when you bought it in, and that he wrote it on the comments section of the receipt. First of all - the receipt is only half printed because they were running out of printing ink, the notes are not readable. And secondly - why on earth was I not told there was 'a problem with the transmission' before he even started working on it?! I had absolutely no problem with the car or transmission before bringing it in. He said he would call my husband to explain the situation - my husband missed the call by 1 minute and called back immediately to be told 'he had left for the day' at 3:45?! Okay then. I have now taken the issue up with corporate who have told me they are liable for the damage. Now they are trying to get me to sign a contract giving me a USED transmission of 118,000 miles and that until I sign this contract the shop will not release my car. They're basically holding it hostage. Not to mention it says that if anything happens to the transmission again, I can't blame them. Will NOT be signing this contract and will be getting a lawyer to deal with this. It has now been a month that I have not had a car. It's a huge inconvenience to not have a car for a month, not to mention the customer service. The gentleman who is dealing with my claim is now dodging my calls! NEVER take your car to Jiffy Lube. Will never ever bring any of my cars to any Jiffy Lube, ever ever again. read more
