We had a phone consultation which is free of charge with no obligation and she was able to give me advise on how I can help myself when it came to federal taxes. I appreciated the honesty, she could have easily called me in and charged me money for filing or advising but she didn't. My experience with Jeri was TERRIBLE. As someone who had never hired a tax professional before, I had my fair share of questions as this process was entirely new to me. Jeri was rude, impatient, and very difficult to work with. She even charged me an extra fee on top of our previously agreed upon price because I asked for a confirmation page once the work was done... She said this was not a "normal part of her service." The 60 seconds it takes to forward someone something like this... it was incredibly tacky.
