There is a problem with a likely broken seal on the window. Calls and emails to the sales rep and SureBuild have gone unanswered. it seems that Graham Building LLC is no longer in business. I called Anlin as they have a limited lifetime warranty. After much research by Anlin I was informed that neither Graham Building, SureBuild, nor the sales rep are or ever have been authorized Anlin dealers and that they have no documentation of an Anlin picture window being purchased in the time frame that mine was ordered and installed. Apparently I was scammed and have filed a complaint with the AZ attorney general. Anlin will be sending an inspector to determine if it is actually an Anlin window and if it was installed correctly. SureBuild responded to my Google review asking me to send a copy of my receipt to a fake email and gave an obviously fictional 555 phone number. They think this is a joke. Just don't let the joke be on you!

Do not let construction start until you have your approved design plans / drawings in hand and have personally inspected cabinets (and other elements) in-person prior to installation. 3. Check to insure that sub-contractors are licensed. 4. Be aware that YOU need to contact inspectors to inspect the work, Pelleco will not do that for you. 5. Safety items: Tile floors can contain cancer causing materials. You need to ensure your home is ventilated with an industrial fan during demolition. 6. A few other notes: A) Pelleco does not use a dumpster. Your home is the dumpster, until they can pick up the garbage. B) A portable outhouse will not be provided by Pelleco. C) You will have to inspect the work and notify Pelleco if something is done incorrectly or missed completely--there is very little inspection of work completed. D) Floors will not be leveled unless you specifically require that before the project begins. E. Workmanship requirements, as listed in ROC are unknown by the contractor and will not be managed to ensure a high-quality installation. F. Pelleco told me repeatedly that I expected perfection. I didn't expect perfection, but I did expect the work to be done correctly. I think anyone can see, from the attached photos, that this job was far from perfect. G. Expect to be asked for payment prior to the completion of each phase and the completion of the work overall. Don't fall for this as it will leave you with little leverage to ensure your job is completed and completed correctly. Our job was not completed and warranty items were left to me to repair. Just in case the contractor responds with "changes were made". Every change was done in writing and approved prior to installation. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. What was good is they started projects quickly, not so good was that many nails and screws were left jutting out and one panel attached as three pieces with no explanation why. It's hard to find good help and wanted to believe I had because they post about all these jobs they do in Sedona and out of state. Other customers must be getting more attention to detail than myself because this is slightly below average. I like the stores of their jobs but not at the expense of quality work. So I'll be looking for new home repair folks.
