The burrito, in the past, had nice size shrimp and it was fresh. The burrito today had small, hard shrimp, and was filled with a lot of cabbage and other vegetables. It tasted nothing like it did before. And the flan was subpar also, they arent using the right kind of milk, so the flan isnt smooth, it has a lot of bubble holes, and the flavor was very blah. This used to be one of my favorite places to order Mexican, but unless the quality of the food improves, I'll be going elsewhere.

For my 2nd glass, I went a bit more traditional with the Faire La Féte Brut. This glass was very bright, crisp, and lively with notes of lemon and orange. I ended up having the cheese board (I ordered the cheese & charcuterie board but the cheese board came out) and it didn't disappoint. Each cheese was complex and special in their own way, yet the cheeses complemented each other. The cheeses paired beautifully with the Markus Huber Rose. The quince paste was amazing! One suggestion I would have would be to have board labels or a platter layout card for guests to reference to while they are grazing.
