Went to Sprouts for the 1st time about a month ago. Now this store has some really cool things there. From fresh take n cook foods to premade meals, salads, snacks etc. Nice seafood and meat market. Some very unique meats you do not always find around here. Great self serve snack mixes, nuts, all kinds of really neat finds. Now they do get expensive on some things, but most prices have been great. So far we have tried their sushi, poke bowl and 1 of their frozen pizzas. That one was really good. Hubby added anchovies to his side of the pizza. Store is so nice and clean. Staff are the friendliest there are. Really glad we got this new store so close to us. All the other good stores are at the other end of the city. Now their bags at self-checkout (all we have used) , they are nice and reusable. We forgot to bring a bag, and these reusables are only .10cents. So very well worth it. read more

I love sprouts. I do t go there as often as I would like but I do love their products. Their deli is great. Love their made to order sandwiches. They have quite a nice variety of dairy products, chips, ice cream for all food preferences. Non dairy, low or no sugar. Healthier choices. The stores aren't super big so I can't get lost in there. I hear their meat dept is really great ! read more

The new Carson City Sprouts has been open for awhile now. It's a huge win for our community! The service here is top notch. Everyone has been so nice on my visits so far. I think opening a new store truly creates a special environment for staff and they truly care about what they have created together. The selection is amazing! There are many things here that you just can't find anywhere else in town. I love the fresh deli, butcher, sushi, and bakery options. The prepared food here is also unreal. The selection is massive and I have only tried a few things but its all been so tasty! Having a grocery store like this in Carson City is super important. It's different than what's already around and is genuinely a unique experience offering great selections at reasonable prices. While some items may be generic and maybe priced a bit high- other Sprouts finds are cheaper, higher quality, and better tasting than the competing grocery stores in Carson. Adam Whitney was the bright store associate I ran into at the opening day of Sprouts and in subsequent shopping trips. I am so impressed with his energy and customer service! The grand opening day of Sprouts was ebullient and generous. I saw friends and met workers who came over from California for it. GREAT STORE. I like the smaller size and types of items in stock. It's really important to have a health-conscious store around here specifically for things we'd find at Whole Foods. I don't think W.F. would make it in Carson City, however. Glad to have this clean ambience store near the gym, Home Depot, and other stores nearby. ** I wish you all a prosperous first year of business and I love the purchases I have made there already--am looking forward to many more health-aware shopping trips. It's fairly new to Carson City, located next to Planet Fitness between Home Depot and Walmart. I had been in before Christmas and remember thinking they must have had a busy day because they were low on lots of items. Went in today and I was impressed. Store was fully stocked, and staffed with many helpful people. I was looking for something slightly special (gum agar) and thought Sprouts might have it. I was strolling the store and several workers asked if I needed help. I said I was looking for something, if I couldn't find it I'd come ask...and eventually that's what I did. The woman who helped me was efficient and interested in what I was looking for...and she found it! I'm so glad I didn't have to go to additional stores OR resort to Amazon. The woman at checkout was cherry and engaging...I detest self checkout because having nice little encounters is what makes the difference in the day. So don't forget Sprouts is now in CC. Wide variety of items, nice "do-able" size store. Everything from food ready to eat all the way to esoteric ingredients! (I needed the agar to make balsamic pearls!) read more
