Don't get a ring without calling Jerrick's. I was blown away by their Prices, Quality, and Service. It's unmatchable. For me finding the perfect diamond was my biggest concern. I had shopped around Logan trying to find the right diamond. I kept hearing the same prices and was able to go with SE Needham. I decided to call one more person, Jerrick. I immediately could tell that I could trust him. I knew the exact diamond I wanted and he had an amazing selection but once he told me the prices I was shocked. I went in that same day and ordered my ring and he had it ready for me to propose that weekend! He was super patient and let the prices and quality speak for themselves. Jerrick saved me so much money that I was able to jump from a .75 to a full Carat while staying close to my budget! He literally saved me thousands! Jerrick gets his diamonds straight from the cutter, not a dealer. Which allows him to charge a lot less for the diamonds. Other places may be willing to price match but they will try to charge you more at the starting. After perusing a ton of jewelry stores in and out of Logan--chain stores AND boutique stores--we ended up going with Jerrick. Comparatively speaking, his business is young. But don't let that scare you. We just loved working with Jerrick so much on my (the bride's) ring that we even ended up buying the groom's ring from Jerrick too. I liked the features in a couple different rings and he was able to, with no problem at all, design one that combined what I loved about both into a beautiful ring that I am CRAZY about. And any time I went in to get it sized, polished, etc., he knew my name and remembered me. That is serious customer service! I even expressed my concern with how small/young the business is with regards to my ring's warranty. Basically I was concerned that my lifetime warranty was only good for the lifetime of the business. He assured me that it is good for the lifetime of the ring, because the warranty is through the manufacturer, not the store. When we got my husband's white gold ring, Jerrick gave us the best deal (after shopping around and telling him other price quotes) and he even threw in a titanium ring for free. My husband is able to wear that one to work, since he works on a ranch and doesn't want to scratch the white gold one. He was very patient with my girlfriend as she probably looked at half of the rings in the store. In the end, she showed him a ring she had seen online, and two days later Jerrick had it in his store.
