Don't fact check, just stop in and ask for Brayden so you can see for yourself. One of my vehicles had a problem by that I mean a security key went missing so there's a lot of steps involved in ensuring you get the right tool for the right job at no point do you just want to forgo that level of security on something of value. Suffice it to say I'm a fan of quality care and quality customer service so speaking to a like-minded individual like Brayden it was a welcome change to what a lot of Auto part care businesses offer. Brayden was personable, very knowledgeable and presented literally every option that I had before me to choose from to ensure that I was making an informed decision. I mean, he literally went into detail with the level of care that you honestly just don't see anymore. He gave me a very realistic and really accurate timeframe in terms of waiting, which I really appreciate it cause there's nothing worse than being told half an hour and having to wait two hours. The service took the time that he said it would and the vehicle was right as rain by the time he was done with his technicians. The business itself was a cool respite from the unforgiving Florida weather and offered comfortable seats and a television to watch the World Cup I also got a kick out of little informational posters on the wall. They're always fun to read. There's a lot of natural light and a bunch of displays. I think this place is top-notch and Brayden earned it. It's fifth star with his attention to detail and quality service care. If I could give a lower rating I would. I have had multiple repairs at this tire kingdom across multiple vehicles and had several problems with each repair, tools forgotten that are still attached to my vehicle or in the bay of my car. Mechanics who say things in creole that they think people cannot understand but are very nasty and overall rude. A manager that laughs in your face when you call them out for selling you a faulty tire. Overall I am extremely shocked that this poor excuse of a tire shop is even allowed to still be in business. read more

Cannot recommend this place enough. Tires, oil changes, regular maintenance. These guys do not pressure me at all but keep me informed on my car so I can make the best decision. Brayden and the whole team have great customer service and fixed up a loose heat shield for free the other week. Unfailingly friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile with customers that may or may not result in a sale. I still am not used to being able to pull up, unannounced, and get the pressure on my tires checked. Unannounced again: This morning, I had a foreign object in my tire. I was ready to pay for the repair. After a short wait, I was told the object did not pierce the tire, there was no leak, and have a good day. 10/6 Edit - they did reimburse most of our costs so thank you for that Mavis. But leaving a brake caliper loose is inexcusable. Recently stopped by Mavis. Had our car checked out prior to a long trip. They did brake pads all around and all were left with the bolts loose, including one that allowed the caliper to come off - on I-95! Missed a funeral, got stranded in Brunswick Ga for three days, incurring between $2000 and 2500 in rental car and hotel bills that we were assured would be paid. Two weeks later, not returning calls. Guess it's small claims court. They do not stand by their work, so I would give them a negative rating if possible. We were Tire Kingdom customers for 20 years. Their negligence put my family's safety at risk. They'll never make another dime off us. read more

I was driving US-1 when I noticed my tire pressure sensor went off. The air pressure was slowly decreasing, so I stopped by WaWa to put some air in it. Come to realize the inside portion of my tire was so bald there was a slow leak of air coming from a rip. Tire kingdom was the only place near me, and the only place that had my size tire. Told me to come in and drop off my car and that it would be ready for pick up tomorrow. 5:30pm comes and they call me saying they finished it today! The price was reasonable, balancing and installment included; and they finished way before I expected. Definitely these guys work hard and get the job done; no bad review from me! I have used and loved this location for a while. I recommended it to my DIL for her oil change and tire rotation. FIrst they tried to get her to agree to a brake job and when she refused they asked her if it was a money problem. Unacceptable question. Then one of the hubcaps, which was a gift, was severely damaged and they have refused to accept responsibility or replace it. Then the air pressure light came on almost immediately so she had to get air in her tires. The car shimmies and shakes now which is most certainly did not do before the tire rotation. We are road-tripping from California and stopped in to have our tires rotated. The service we received was excellent. The price quoted was very nice in comparison to our home state. Time promised was approximately 45 minutes and they finished our car 10 minutes early! We had a little seating area at a tall bistro table while we waited. I take writing a bad review very seriously as I know they hurt business, but in this case, they have earned it! 3 different TERRIBLE experiences personally and one similar situation a friend had. 1. My wife took my past vehicle there for an oil change and they told her a suspension part was badly worn and needed to be replaced. The cost of this was over $400. I drove the vehicle for 3 more years before selling and never had an issue and had another mechanic look at it and verify NO issues with the part in question. They saw it was a woman and tried to make more money plain and simple. 2. Took truck there for an oil change and they tried to say that I HAD to use synthetic so the cost of the oil change would be over $80. My truck takes regular or synthetic which I verified with Toyota but they refused to put regular oil in it because "their shop manual" said synthetic. Even though I got written confirmation from Toyota that they were wrong.....and it says so on the oil cap! 3. Took the truck for an oil change and got a call that there was sludge under the oil cap and that the likely cause was coolant in the oil which means the engine was possibly catastrophically damaged. Their "policy" was that they couldn't change the oil. I then took the truck somewhere else and they laughed and drained a small amount of oil out and it looked fine and they changed my oil as normal. *4. when I told the story of #3 above to a friend they said that they were refused an oil change because there was a "knock" in the engine and they couldn't change the oil because they could be liable if the engine blew up after the oil change. 2 years later the vehicle still runs perfectly. In short, these guys are clueless and money hungry to try to upcharge everything and find make-believe problems. A two-minute google search showed that the sludge under my oil cap was normal because I have a short commute to work. Any reliable mechanic would have checked the quality of the oil and also seen that the engine coolant level was perfect so NO coolant was leaking into the oil. DISHONEST AND Incompetent what a combo! Not thanks. Take your vehicle somewhere else or get screwed by these guys. Avoid at all costs! read more

My tire was losing air. I filled it before I left home and was hoping I could make it through my appointments. I came out from lunch to find it deflating again. I drive straight here. They were booked with appointments but promised to fit me in by the end of the day. I walked to Starbucks (very convenient). After 2 hours one of my clients needed something that I only have on my home computer. I walked back and told them I needed my car back, Patrick said no problem. He told me to pull up my Jeep and they would fill it with air before I left. The technician came over and looked at the tire. He said give me 10 minutes, he had found a mail in the tire. I waited and he fixed it right then and there. It was a fabulous ending for a crazy day. Their entire team was great! read more

Absolutely terrible place! When I picked up my car I found the following -grease stains all over the carpet -grease stains on the glove box -oil poured all over the top of the engine (large nice looking cover that remains spotless) -the windshield washer fluid was empty which is part of the service. I have a light beige interior that I keep really clean so it is obvious they simply don't care. Do yourself a favor and visit a store that actually cares. read more

I had a terrible experience here tonight, I stopped in about 45 mins before closing with a flat front tire. It couldn't be fixed and needed to be replaced, I don't live beachside and also explained that i had to drive to Tampa at 430 in the morning and they didn't help at all. Totally turned me away without a second thought. Customer service is the key to repeat business and tonight you completely failed. Please believe the negative reviews! For every one, there are probably 100 or more that never report or don't even know they were taken. My mom went in for an oil change and they told her that power steering fluid is leaking and could go out at any time. They quoted $1,300+ and used the fear factor to try and sell her something they thought they could get away with. Fortunately we got a 2nd opinion from a reputable local auto repair who said the rack & pinion steering was fine & that there was no leak that needed to be addressed at that time, car was in very good shape... bottom line was that we were about to get ripped off. These guys should not be allowed to do business, but unfortunately, there are new unsuspecting customers every day. Please spread the word.. read more

Do not go to this Tire Kingdom. They are notorious in the neighborhood for ripping consumers off. After a flat, we went to them specifically because they say they will trouble shoot the problem. They just sold us a new tire, period. $142.78 later we feel very ripped off. Only went there because the tire was flat and the TK facility was down the block. We had already been ripped off by them once before when they charged us for something others give for free. We also asked up front about the cost and they did not tell us about this supposedly non-optional service that others do for free. I took my time shopping for tires on line and getting quotes from local retailers for my Chrysler 200. The last place I stopped was Tire Kingdom and they beat all others. Not only by price but they did the install and alignment on the spot in two hours. They didn't try and sell anything I didn't need and were very friendly and courteous. I purchased truck tires from them before for the very same reason a few years ago. I need truck tires again after 70,0000 miles and will be taking my truck to them next month without having to shop around. Thank you Tire Kingdom. read more

It's a tire place. Not impressed with the service. It took longer than normal to check in due to computer issues and no one knowing how to solve the issue. This is my second time here. The first was about 15 yrs ago. I would have thought things had improved. I don't know what it is but each time I come here they always "find" something "extra" that must be fixed. However my dealer never finds any of these issues. Just makes me alittle suspicious. read more

I can not possibly advise AGAINST this place enough. We arrived at 11:30 to get an oil change. They said it will be 2.5 ours because there were a few cars ahead of us...ok fine. 4 HOURS LATER they had not even put the car on the lift yet. On top of it all, the "kid" who was at the counter made it out to be our fault when we complained. He said, "I told you it was going to be a bit". He said 2.5 hours, not 4 hours. We will never be back and I encourage everyone to find somewhere else to get your oil changed. read more

I purchased four Nitto Motivo's for my 2011 Camaro. All four rims had damage from the install--scratches and a few nicks in the exterior finish of the rim (factory SS rims) Today I just figured out the tpms system is not matched to the correct tire. I talked with the mgr about my rim damage and he said I would get a call about fixing the damage. This was several months ago and I haven't heard anything. I'm not sure I would go back to get the rims fixed anyway. I won't go back. read more

We were in town visiting the beach when we discovered our tire was getting flat. We took it to the closest place which was this Tire Kingdom. They checked it even though it was very busy and found that we had a nail. We were able to drop off the tire and they repaired it within the next few hours.
