I've had quite a few appliance breakdowns they've helped me with, along with my purchasing several new items (washer, cooker, dishwasher) from them. They have always repaired, reconditioned or replaced all the faults and issues. Excellent (no OOP cost) warranties are offered on new purchases which have several times saved me costly parts $$$s. The owner, Kevin, often comes out and does the work himself, but everyone is most pleasant to deal with. I have bought appliances from Lowe's and whatnot, but there is NO COMPARISON between what they (Lowe's et al) offer in terms of "service after the sale" to what Columbus TV & Appliance does. Yes, perhaps the big-volume places can offer a somewhat lower price, but "then you're on your own." I would not think of buying from anywhere other than Columbus TV & Appliance, purely for the peace of mind that there will be someone I can call for repair at pretty short notice. It's been a week, and we are still waiting for them to come back and level out the panels on the fridge.
