Beautiful frames but give yourself time to reorder refund slow or never I received a damaged frame on 1/14 filed out online form and emailed as of 2/24 no response I really like their museum quality frames and great prices Be prepared to follow up if you have any product problems. Yay for art supplies! This is my candy store, right here! Super friendly staff and well organized and clean store. I could've spent hours browsing all the magnificent products, but due to the impatience of a certain young teen (that would be MY child), I selected a few tubes of some new paint colors and made my way to the check out. The checkout is the most well protected check out I've ever seen(leave it to artists!) Completely encapsulated in sheets of plastic suspended from the ceiling, the staff that rung me out was in his on little protective bubble. Kindness and customer service did not go by the wayside, and in no time I was on my way. I can't wait to stop back in to browse a bit longer. read more

I asked them to fix some poorly framed photos and newspaper articles that I had gotten done at Aaron Brothers. The owner who does the framing collaborated with me to figure out how to do exactly what I wanted. She did an incredible job, especially given the constraints--I asked her to trim the edges of the newspaper without removing it from the backing, a very difficult task! I was just visiting town for one day and I didn't have an appointment, so even under a time crunch she managed to do everything I asked for and more (she replaced my bulky hanging devices with much smaller, better ones) in just two hours! I cannot recommend this place highly enough. read more

Impossible to cancel an order. I ordered two cans of spray for $12 each. Didn't see the tax and shipping charge on the order but when I hit place order, I saw the total charge of $47. I IMMEDIATELY sent a "Contact Us" form to cancel the order - within 2 minutes. No answer to the phone call since it was in the evening, after 10pm. I got a response the next morning around 9am that said they weren't able to cancel the order could not process a return. First off, the charge is ridiculous and not return is just wrong. This will be my last order from Jerry's. read more

Jerry's offered same day, home delivery during the Pandemic of COVID19. When I called, Steve personally, shopped the store inventory! I got the supplies I wanted for my self and for my granddaughters during the stay at home mandate. The prices for kids items compared with Hobby Lobby. And I preferred to shop at this store. They CARED -- They were protecting their employees and customers by closing the store, limiting exposure. read more

I beyond love this art shop! They have EVERYTHING a seasoned artist is looking for and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful! Forewarning, this is not the place you come for crayola. Everything is very high end, and worth every penny. The last time I was in, a girl with short hair helped suggest what foam board to buy, and spent time doing the math to make sure I got the most out of the piece I bought, and even gave me the extra for small pictures. She also helped me find the perfect Krystal bags. It was such a relief knowing I was getting the perfect shipping supplies, as the work I was shipping was irreplaceable and contained 5 individual pieces. I only wish it were closer, because after coming here Michaels is extra painful to go into or even deal with. It's always so hard to leave Jerry's! Your employees truly are 10 stars! read more

I used to shop here years ago at their old town location, way back in high school. Fast forward a couple of decades and I'm increasingly disappointed. As I've become a more serious artist, I find they lack a lot of brands and particular supplies I got used to finding easily on the west coast. No Williamsburg oil paint, always seem to be out of the one thing I'll go in for. Currently, I live in Hawaii and supplies can be harder to come by out there, so whenever I'm back visiting family, I make a point of stopping by to grab whatever odds or ends I don't see on the island. Today I was looking around, and not only were they out of the items I came for, but the employee was playing mask police because my mask was ever so slightly below my nose and wouldn't let it slide. I'm so tired of people treating others as if they're mere disease vectors as opposed to human beings that need oxygen. Meanwhile, they have the cash register area completely encased in a layer of thick, nearly opaque plastic. Last time I bought something, it was so hard to communicate between the masks, the thick plastic, etc. the security theater is not only awkward but feels way less welcoming. I rarely write reviews but I was very disappointed today and left after the mask incident without purchasing anything. At this point, it's easier to order what I need online from other stores that deliver to the islands. read more

Went in today for school supplies. The Mgr approached us being very threatening, rude and loud to my 10 & 12 yr old grandaughters because they were not wearing masks. My DIL told him they weren't required to due to their age. He yelled that he wasn't going to "turn this in to a political thing" and said the children would have to wait outside. He told us we were not "complying". We heard an employee and the Mgr. talking in Another area about customers without mask as we walked in, my DIL and I were putting ours on as we entered. Regardless of the mask rule, the Mgr has no right to speak to a child that way and tell them to go stand outside and wait unsupervised on a busy street. Both girls felt extremely threatened by the way he was yelling at them. read more

It's nice to go in and look at professional supplies, instead of wading through the endless isles of Michael's. The framer was well experienced and helped guide us thru the best options, mattes and frames for our prints. My wife is a water colorist. We live 115 miles away, in Wyoming. When she goes out-of-area for purchases, the trip usually includes Jerry's Artarama in Fort Collins.
