I've been living in the other half of her double as I repair my home. I've been using these windows while I've been here almost a year. I had 4 companies come out and quote me for the 4 identical windows I needed in the rear of my home. Window World was the best fit for me. I like the lifetime , transferrable warranty. I had an issue with one of the windows and WW handled it like they said they would. My installers were very respectful of my home and did a FANTASTIC job on my home. They truly take pride in their work and I genuinely appreciated that. I could not be more satisfied with my experience with WW and my beautiful new windows.

The quality of the doors I received did not meet expectations at all. The final product didn't match the inspiration picture that was provided. What was delivered looked nothing like what was promised, which is incredibly disappointing when you're trusting a company to bring your vision to life. What's even worse is their response after the fact. Getting any kind of meaningful support or resolution was like pulling teeth. Communication was slow, unhelpful, and dismissive, as if customer satisfaction is not a concern at all. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I strongly advise anyone considering them to look elsewhere. I asked for barn doors like the picture, except I wanted them to be white. The inspiration picture shows barn doors with vertical planks and a "K" shape across each panel.

He fixed our patio complex french door, which was glass with wood panes into it to a point where you would never know it was broken into. Every other door company wanted to charge me a fortune to order new doors because theywere so badly damaged. These new doors would not have matched our existing 3 other sets of french doors, as those doors are old and not made anymore. Also, receiving the ordered doors could have taken as long as 6 weeks, which would have left our home not secured for that period, as the lock was destroyed. Seriously, you would never know the door had been damaged after David, who also used to work on the bodies of cars, used putty and other materials, plus the shards left behind to leave it in perfect condition. He also hammered out the metal that had been damaged from the thief prying open the door with a grovel. He did an excellent job fixing the garage door that was broken by the thief also. I had many things wrong with the home I was about to sell and he was able to access them for me and I couldn't find anything he couldn't fix or didn't know something about. His Mother, the owner of the company is also very professional.

They put down drop cloths, used a shop vac when cutting or drilling to keep dust down. Made sure everything functioned properly and cleaned up after themselves. You can clearly see these guys take pride in their work and want to deliver a great customer experience. After 25 years in construction it's refreshing to see a crew who cares about their work. I would definitely recommend doors of elegance.

I quickly realized that she did not hear me because I was more than six feet away from her. She demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my time there. My uncle and I were seeking a copy of a desk key and at first she discovered that she had no blanks. She mentioned that another company may have it, but I stated to her that we were referred to Rolland. She took the extraordinary step and called the manufacturer of the key. She then was able to arrange it where the manufacturer would send my uncle two (2) copies of his desk key to his home for absolutely FREE. It doesn't get any better than that.

The thieves at Premium Parking illegally booted my car at one of their lots in the French Quarter…read more I simply changed my tire and put the tire with the boot in the trunk. The next day I took the rim with the boot still attached to Rolland Safe. My family has been using Rolland Safe to service our safes for many years and they have always done a tremendous job. If you need to purchase a safe or have a safe serviced in the New Orleans area, this is your first stop. However, I digress. I took my rim with the boot from the Premium Parking lot to Rolland. They removed that boot from my rim in under three minutes and only charged me $6. *Note to EVERYONE. A private lot immobilizing (booting) your private property is illegal. Yes, they can have your car towed off of their property if you are parked illegally or have not paid for parking but they CANNOT immobilize your vehicle. Simply remove the wheel and put it in your trunk, replace with your spare and bring the wheel to Rolland Safe to be removed for $6. If you have a drill you can remove it yourself for free however I like supporting the local economy.

They left our house a mess and did not complete the job properly. There was no quality control and acadian was resistant to come inspect their own work to be completed. The project in all took 5 months to complete when it was promised it would take 2 months due to Acadian "losing a window" further delaying other elements of our renovation. There was no apology or effort by acadian to make the delay or efforts right. I highly recommend a different contractor for your windows.
