We were selling our home and needed our cabinets to be brought back to life. We met with Chris and he was a huge help. We were able to tour the premises and everything was explained nicely. He steered us away from a certain look that he said might become 'dated' after a year or two so we were grateful for his honesty. So, since we were selling the house, we went with the basic off-white color as you can see by the photos. LOVE THEM!!! I believe it was his wife and possibly son (?) who came by the house and meticulously removed the cabinet doors and hardware. They marked everything with blue painter's tape and placed the hardware on the shelves or in the cabinets so as to have an efficient re-install. It took them a while but from what they were saying, it just makes things so much easier and more efficient when re-installing the newly refreshed doors and drawers. The kitchen looked so much better and more refreshed that I almost, almost, didn't want to move! It's a small, local business so be patient with them. They don't have a huge staff but they have a great staff.

As you can see from the photos, our kitchen is falling apart. Cabinet Discounters used the wrong grout, so it continues to crumble. The tile floor is cracked, and we have had to have the grout repaired at additional expense from another contractor. I recently contacted him regarding some of my trim pieces, which started pulling away from the house. This was very unusual, it looked awful, and although it was not under warranty, I decided to reach out to Charles to see what he can do. He came to my house with Juan a few days later and offered to make the repairs at no extra charge. Juan did an excellent job fixing the trim pieces as well as miscellaneous caulking and touch up.
