I had heard about their sno cones was skeptical but curious and couldn't wait to try it. I didn't physically go to the location; my niece bought me a Shrek Supreme and it was delicious. Better than I imagined. Giving 5 stars is hard as I think it should be deserved. Given the fact that the only thing I had to review was the sno cone and the fact that there was nothing I would have changed about it, it deserves the 5 stars given. There aren't many places to get a real snowball (not crunchy ice) so I decided to check out the Cordova location since I recently moved back to the area. Building is nice, though you have to listen closely for your name since it's full of people. Love that they take credit cards so you don't have to go get $3 in cash. Didn't try any food, but I'll go back another day and see what it's hitting for. Snowball was , but it didn't have enough syrup in it. After digging in a few scoops, it was all white ice. I had to stir, stir, stir and still let it melt a little before it was slushy. That's why I'm only giving this three stars. If it's better the next time, I'll change my review. UPDATE 7/2/19 -- I went back today and got the same thing. MUCH BETTER!! Maybe the difference was that I went around 2:15 in the afternoon on Tuesday vs a Saturday evening. This place is not good. I have no idea why this place is still in business. We ordered a mango sno-cone with ice cream, a vanilla shake, a burger, and cheese fries. I don't understand how anyone can eat the sno-cones without ice cream. The flavor is so artificial and nauseating. I hate throwing food out, but I threw out my sno-cone after eating 1/5 of it. The vanilla shake was mildly better - there were a lot of ice chunks, and the shake was too thick to be sucked up with the straw provided but at least the shake tasted okay. I was creeped out by the color though (do vanilla shakes normally look brown?) They somehow forgot our burger and fries for 45 minutes before we approached them, and then it took another 15 minutes to get our food. The burger and fries seem like they're just wholesale frozen patties and crinkle cut fries and can't even compare to standard fast food restaurants. Bottom line - you can go to McDonald's for food 10X tastier and 30X faster than what you can get here. read more

I've already reviewed the other location so my feelings remain the same about the supreme sno cone lol! It's all I've ever gotten from here and I always enjoy them. On last night's visit I tried Toxic Waste for the first time. I actually didn't favor that flavor as much as previous ones I've tried. It was still worth a try, since eventually I'd like to have tried just about all the flavors. As far as location, this location is a lot bigger than the original. They actually offer inside seating and have several order windows instead of just one, so I'm assuming on a busy day, things probably move faster than they would at the original. We were the only ones there last night, so we didn't have to wait long at all for our orders. Of course the menu is not limited to sno cones and other sweet treats. They have burgers, nachos, wings, and quite a few other items you can enjoy. As a plus, this location accepts credit/debit cards! I'm already thinking about my next visit and excited to try more sno cone flavors. read more

Came here with some friends on a hot Saturday afternoon for a sno cone and it was everything we needed. I had the Cotton Candy and Coconut flavors and it was simultaneously refreshing and nauseating sugary. I think if I had just done coconut it would've been better: they were a bit heavy handed on the cotton candy. But that definitely didn't stop me from eating my entire sno cone. I immediately returned to notify the attendant and to replace the milkshake with a snow cone, expecting to pay the difference in price. However, we were told that we would have to fully pay for the snow cone if we did not want the milkshake and that she could "guarantee the milk wasn't spoil." As a paying (repeat) customer, I found this poor in taste. We were not asking for anything free nor did we require a refund. We only wanted to pay the difference for a small snow cone because the item we purchased did not taste consumable. Wife and I decided to shoot out to Cordova to hit this new spot on Labor Day. We've been going to the one located on Wells Station for years and have been thoroughly impressed. There are maybe 1,000 combinations of snow cones you can get (flavors + ice cream add-in) and they are to die for!! They also sell other "hamburger stand" type food which is good as well. Years ago we held the end of the season soccer party at the Jerry's on Wells Station and it was good eating. This time I got the white wedding (again) because it has this hint of almond flavor. I didn't get the ice cream add-in this time, but I have before and it's worth it for sure. The ice they use for snow cones is like no other I've come across ON THE PLANET (better than Sonic ice). So happy there's a Cordova location now! Jerry's has the best ice I've never tasted in a sno cone. It's unbelievably soft and always keeps you coming back for more. It's flavor menu is very extensive and quite overwhelming. I usually stick to the two flavors I always get - wedding cake and white wedding. The wedding cake is one of their more popular flavors but I'm not a fan of the overly red color & sweetness as much. The white wedding has a cake flavor with a hint of almond that I really like. The supreme (ice cream) upcharge is so worth it. The creaminess of the ice cream pairs well with the ice. My cousins got the strawberry cheesecake supreme and they really liked it - they also thought it was very sweet even with less syrup. Get ready for long drive thru lines though - the line was to the main road which was a bit scary for other cars on the road. read more

I feel safe here, we actually get to go inside and wait, and they take your name. In the other location, they would just call out the flavors and anyone could just come up and grab them so at least in this one, you get what you ordered and you know when you're being called. I got the America sno cone supreme and I liked it way more than I originally thought I would. My complaint is that they put too much blue raspberry and not enough pina colada or tiger's blood. If they get a microphone system, it'll make it easier for customers to know when they're being called and maybe they could get a fan for inside since it's so hot. But besides that, there's parking, it's a safe location where you feel safer, and it's a better atmosphere. I know that I'll be back here from now on. read more

Went to the Cordova location tonight. Drive-thru line was very busy but only one couple of people inside. We went inside...We placed our order and while looking for a table, we quickly discovered that ALL 16 tables were filthy and the garbage cans were over flowing with trash. When we asked the staff to clean the tables we were told that they did not have time even though there were three employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Very disappointing. Why was there not a Manager or Shift Leader seeing that mess? That is basic customer service, especially when customers ask for the tables to be cleaned! Super excited about this place cause I've heard a lot about it. So far not happy so you go around in the line to place your order then everyone piles up at another window to wait for your order! So who know when their order has really been called?? If you ordered the same thing as other people then who gets it first or second???? There is absolutely no organization here at all. My mom and I both ordered at the same time and she gets hers first and I'm still waiting. There no receipt nor numbers that are called to claim your order and you can hardly hear the people/person that is calling out your order. This is the worst a microphone would surely help. Another thing that I don't care for is the wiping of the cups with a rag. That's kind of unsanitary. I believe that napkins will do just fine. I just don't get it. Northeast girl here. Summers filled with Rita's Italian ice and Gelati. Heard about Jerry's Sno Cones and thought it would be a good sub for my Rita's. ( for those who don't know Rita's ice is a fresh fruit-based frozen treat with real chunks of fruit blended and chilled into a smooth creamy ice). I was so tragically disappointed. Let's break it down. At Jerry's the Sno cone is= ice + sugar + flavor additives + color additives. I feel like I may get cancer from eating just one. The "ice-cream". I don't know what that is. It can't be real dairy. It has to be fake sludge colored and frozen to look like soft-serve, but it tastes nothing like ice cream. But the process to get there is a mess.. parking is atrocious... the long line is enormously long but fast. But once you place your order-that's where the chaos begins. Every one plies at the end of the pickup area in bunches. So the girls call out a flavor. Any and everyone can pick up that cup no mater when you placed your order. So it's a mad dash to the window first. So that left me frustrated and waiting and waiting. So really any one random person hanging around could pick a snow cone up. Who knows who's it belonging to. Last time I went my supreme had to be made 3x because they insisted upon tryna serve me a sno cone with drippings coming over the cup constantly and I was not about to get in my car with that.
