I have gotten the ones at Memphis. A great experience. Tried the new Cordova location and things have gone uphill. The snow-cones still taste the same. So does the ice cream, but there is a charge for toppings for food. That is the only exception. You can get supreme cones in medium cups. I got three flavors-cookie dough-strawberry cheesecake-legit-which taste great. The Cordova location is bigger, but the bathrooms are outside. Jerry's has consistently been delicious every time I've gone. It takes forever to get the item/items that you've ordered but when you do, it's all worth it. The burgers are juicy with lots of flavor, and all of the desserts on the menu are irresistible. I would definitely recommend trying this place if you haven't already! read more

On 08/18/23, my family and I went through the drive thru of your Cordova location at approximately 4:30pm. We ordered a cheeseburger combo w/ ketchup, pickles and cheese only; a bologna sandwich combo w/cheese and slaw; BBQ chicken nachos; an order of mozzarella sticks; and (2) snow cones w/pink lemonade, lime and lemon-lime flavors. When I received my order one of my snow cones was completely incorrect and it looked as though they attempted to cover up the cherry flavor that was on the bottom(that I did not order) with what I ordered originally on top to hide it, I did not have mozzarella sticks, my burger had no ketchup, and my nachos had no peppers! My order was COMPLETELY wrong. I went into the store and whoever the girl was who stated that she was manager (she refused to give her name, name of her supervisor, or a phone number to contact management) gave me 2 packs of ketchup, an extremely small container of about 3 peppers and told me that the girl at the drive thru window did not charge me for mozzarella sticks. I was livid. I needed someone to contact me as soon as possible to correct this issue and to send the girl who stated that she was the manager to some type of customer service training. read more

OMG do NOT eat here especially at the Cordova location! It was beyond terrible in every way! Not only did they give us the wrong order after the chick wrote down and repeated exactly what we ordered back to us and they only had maybe 2 customers so they were not busy but they still ended up not giving us all the food we actually ordered and ALREADY PAID FOR but they then argued with us like we were some bums on the street begging for food that wasn't paid for! I am a Jerrys customer I've been here since they've been open on Bonnie lane. the nachos used to be perfect fresh and everything today when I went to visit Jerrys my chips were stale cheese burnt. I also ordered a small tropical punch Sno cone I seen hair on the outside of my cup but I didn't think nothing of it once I took 4 scoops a long piece of hair came from my Sno cone as I ate from it. like I said once before I am a huge jerrys customer & this is NOT the first time I've had hair in my Sno cone. Well if you didn't know they dont give out their names over the phone, so you don't know who are talking to when you call with a complaint! Yeah, I said it! My daughter use to work at Jerry's. They work the new workers to death while everyone else stands around and does nothing. Even though my daughter no longer works there, we still decided to eat there every now and then. I love this place, but very disappointed the other day. I ordered three chocolate milk shakes. When they handed me my order, I asked what about the milk shakes. She said oh we forgot. I waited for them and she handed me two. I said I ordered three. She said no two. I could have gone to another place, but I chose Jerry's. I spent 32.00 and she said if I wanted it I had to pay. I went here on a Wednesday. I got there at 11 which is the time they open. It wasn't that crowded at all. Unfortunately for me, I had to leave and go get cash and come back because debit machines were down. I get back, there's about 20 people in front of me.. I ordered a tigers blood snow cone and a cheeseburger. The snow cone was pretty good, but it needed more flavor. It kinda reminded me of kool aid with a lot of sugar but not enough koolaid powder in it. The burger was a homemade burger but I don't think they season the meat, it was a little bland to me - just taste like cooked ground beef. I wouldn't give a star if that were an option. I have been there a handful of times and service is usually sloppy, but the sno cones were usually good. Today was a disaster. The young lady hands me a cup dripping of cherry juice..I asked her to please wipe it. Her look was priceless, but she obliged. Then came the insult. A sno cone that turned out to be a white "snow ball!" I asked to return it and get another one. I was told that they have a no refund policy and they attempted to give me a small container of juice to add. Anybody can have a day when things don't go well, and I get that. But ACCOUNTABILITY means a lot. And that crazy, outdated, policy of no refunds or exchanges for ICE, should be banned. If you don't deliver the best to your customers you owe them what you expected from them. You told me it was $4.35 and I gave you $4.35. You gave me NOTHING. I just wanted to write and and say how much I respect the young lady Emma (I'm pretty sure that's what she said her name was) working at your Cordova location. We just visited tonight and they were super busy. We came in the inside because the drive thru was packed. Due to being busy it took a while to get our snow cones which is to be expected and much worth the wait. Some people were not happy about this and were super rude and mean to sweet Emma. And I saw not just one but a few people being mean during the time I was waiting. I know how hard it is to get any workers right now let alone ones that would take all of this with grace and stride this young lady did. I tried to give her a tip, But she explained she was not able to accept it. A little chaotic... busy in that little place they could stand to clean tables . Would be a nice addition for people who actually want to dine in...tables sticky and nasty could also have napkins out in table area but the sno cones are delicious wide variety of other foods from burgers to egg rolls and nachos! Make sure you bring cash! We love Jerry's and were pretty regular at the store on a Wells Station, but Cordova is closer to our home so we were excited about the new location. The food is good, and the sno cones taste just like the ones at the original location. The parking is a bit of a nightmare, but that's true at the original store, too. Be patient; a spot will open soon. Inside you'll order from one spot and then pick up your sno cone at another spot when it's ready. Everyone has their own favorite flavor, and I've tried a ton of them. The blackberry supreme (supreme means with ice cream layered throughout) is the best, but my children like wedding cake, sno cream, and blue raspberry. Jerry's is usually pretty busy and involves a short wait, but it's worth it. read more

I have been to this location about 5 times and I swear every single time I come more than half of the tables are dirty and when I say dirty I mean DIRTY. They have so many employees so I don't understand why this isn't a part of the job. The employees also have no work shirts and hats, they just wear whatever they want, this is a company make it look cohesive. This time of year and on a weeknight not a bad wait at all. It's the kind of place you have to experience at least once. But I sure wish the supreme cane in small, hint hint owners - you could easily sell a small, medium and large in the supreme just layer less ice cream. I haven't been inside, but I'm hoping the inside menus have prices. I ordered in the drive they from a menu found online with no prices. The menu online, unfortunately has no organization whatsoever. I ordered 2 corn dogs, 1 order of corn nuggets and a medium pop. What I received were 2 corn dogs, 2 corn nuggets and my drink. Had I known the prices beforehand, I might've been able to correct the order taker. Instead I trusted them. After all, I'm at the "World Famous Jerry's Sno Cones"!! Got to the window and after paying, I was given my drink. A medium drink here is a small or maybe kids size equivalent elsewhere. I had to do a double take and ask if it was a medium... Paid with cash because THEY DON'T ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS! Then waited about 5 minutes for my food. Bag of food came and I drove off. It wasn't until I got home did I realize they gave me too much. Checked the bag for a receipt and found nothing. Checked my wallet in case she put it with my change and nothing. In terms of the food, I haven't experienced anything to rave about. The corn nuggets were good. But the corn dogs were about the same as sonic. The drink was less than a cans worth (with ice) for a medium. And to top it off, I was severely disappointed my order was wrong. NO credit cards NO receipt NO repeat of the order NO menu with pricing To me, these are all simple things a busy business can accommodate. Since there is a 3% charge the merchant has to pay to process credit card payments, I could understand that. But given the times we live in, credit card payments can protect their employees and patrons. Not to mention not having to take the days cash to the bank at night. Another safety measure that can be taken to accommodate the person responsible for that. Overall, I will not come back for food. If I do come back, I will have to go inside, hoping the menu has prices. 2 stars because of my overall experience. I found myself comparing to sonic. It's the perfect summer hang out for the kids and even a cute date night where you can y'all and get to know each other. Yes the line is long but it moves faster than chick fil a on lunch. Chaotic experience! First off, there are no signs to tell you how to order when you enter. I ended up standing in the pick-up line for about 5 minutes before realizing I should go order. There was no line there when I came in, but when I walked over there was. You can use cards here, surprise. I ordered a soft serve vanilla cone dipped in chocolate. I received it fairly quickly but it was melting furiously all over my hands as soon as they handed it to me. And they didn't even offer napkins, which apparently are barricaded behind the glass. I had to ask for napkins. The soft serve got all over my hands and my shirt. I couldn't enjoy eating it because it was so melty. I assume it was because it was dipped. The dip was milk chocolate and a very light coating that you could almost see through, so pretty sad and not what I was expecting. The soft serve tasted good and was only $2 but that's not enough to get me to return! At 2pm on a Saturday, there was no parking in the lot. There were flies zooming around everywhere inside. And I guess there's no AC in there? It's pretty weird because there were fans everywhere and a feeling of eating inside a garage, because -- there are two big garage doors in there. It's like a beach concession stand, but not on a beach. Maybe it has AC, but it felt strange, not hot, just like there was no AC. Probably the worst thing was the guy with dark hair who was yelling out people's names to come get their sno cones. He was irritated that David wasn't coming up and he kept saying David, each time more nasty sounding than the last. read more

I am trying to figure out why the excitement over this place. Maybe my experience with the customer service ruined it for me. 1) Saturday evening, near 70 degrees in April & only one cashier 2) place an order for two(2) snow cones and get them 10 minutes apart 3) they need a bullhorn, or the service reps need to speak louder 4) I saw the snow cone prep people smelling the snow cones, and then going to other workers telling them to stick their noses in the order. The person whose order it was saw them and said please re-make my order. Now my snow cone-this was not shaved ice, I had chunks of ice in my supreme.
