They Illegally towed my sons car last night. my son slid off the road and the car should not have been towed without a police repot. Then, they refused to bring the car to the repair shop we wanted it to go to. They towed it to their impound lot instead, which has now accrued storage fees. For the tow and 1 night of storage the bill is over $500. to top it off, they charged him over $15 to pay with visa on their website. They have a monopoly in Newaygo County and they are all about money. GREED IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL. BEWARE. DO NOT CALL THEM! read more

Frustrating experience! Late for scheduled pickup. Left the car at correct delivery location but didn't leave the keys in the drop box, instead left them in plane sight, no care or discretion. Called to voice my frustration and the receptionist/dispatch woman was RUDE and EXEMTRELY unprofessional. I'd NEVER recommend!!! read more

Hired this company to haul a fifth wheel camper for me. There staff is very unprofessional. Both the tow drivers and the people who work in the office. I hired them to hook up to a fifth wheel camper. And the guy showed up. Sat on his phone talking to his "suprivisor". And taking pictures of my hitch because he did not know how to hook on to it. Hour and a half later the tow truck driver is telling me he can't do any thing to help me and drive off with 190$ of my money. I do not recommend this company or there workers if it allows me to post pics I will post pics this was the most unprofessional towing company I have ever seen. A complete joke now I have to file in small claims to get my money back. Update :::my attorneys called there office and the lady who answerd the phone just trying to start arguments with him. And refused to provide any information on any supervisor names or buisness owners names then hung up on him after argueing with him. read more

Hands down the best tow I have ever had. Brent was super nice and very cooperative with what we had to do. I had a broken ball joint on the way home from vacation. It was my wife and my daughter and dog and me. He accommodated all of us and got us from Kent city all the way back to Brighton mi. Unfortunately I got to try this place. It wouldn't let me check into the business, but how often are you at the tow place when getting a tow. This was the place that my insurance company called when I needed a tow. When they were contacted, they called me to let me know about how long they were going to be. They showed up when they stated they would be there. The gentleman that picked us up was very professional. He got our car up on the flatbed and used soft wheel straps to tie the car down. Pulling into our driveway, he angled the truck just right that when we unload it, it rolled down the ramp and right into the garage. Having this kind of experience when the day has gone to crap is nice at a time when you kind of need it. read more

Son got into accident in Fremont that required a tow of about 1.5 miles. Got charged $840 for the tow because it was "an accident tow" that had battery disconnect fee, clean up fee, etc. never got told a price and assumed $100-200 being that it was Sunday. Called and talked to gal who said manager would drop the fees but now it was $480. What a deal! . Sent email, no response. Left review on FB and they pulled the post. So, if using these guys, get a price first or you will regret it. Oh, also asked about what it would cost to tow the vehicle 3 miles to suspension place as Gerber can't do that work. $115 for a weekday tow. Nice!! read more

The lady who runs the inventory believes she is above the law. She will hang up on you, refuse answer questions, is unwilling to accept anything but what she feels is right, has no understanding of her job and doesn't accept ownership of the vehicle the same way the Secretary of State will. Due to Covid you now have to make an appointment at the Secretary of State. Not only is there a signed over title but there is also a bill of sale, this paperwork is acceptable by the State and there should be no argument against that from this facility. Under the Michigan Vehicle Code, MCL 257.252a, The vehicle custodian (the entity storing the vehicle) must allow the owner to inspect the vehicle and retrieve personal property from the vehicle without paying a fee for the first visit. Not only has she denied this visit, she has now made it near impossible to obtain personal belongings such as social security card, birth certificate, prescription medications and practically everything that I own to my name. Everything I had is in that vehicle and I have been denied access to it. What has been done is unlawful. It is unfortunate this facility is allowed to operate by their own standings and not those of the Michigan State law. read more
