Now this is a 2001 Ultra Glide, I only needed the Gas tank fixed. Well they did alot of stuff and when I picked up the bike, Rodney says to me that Niggers will use you up if you let them. Had my water pump serviced here under warranty, tech didn't add enough coolant or did not bleed the…read moresystem correctly as I had to add coolant later. The reservoir was almost empty. Also, during some point the oil drain plug was loosened and not properly torqued back shut. I rode home on my bike with a loose oil drain that they didn't tighten. It's a miracle I made it home safely without all of my engine oil pouring out on my tire on the highway. They will NEVER touch my bike again and you shouldn't let them work on yours. I told one of the parts guys and they didn't sound at all surprised and mentioned that this happens frequently. What a shame that someone incompetent enough to tighten an oil drain plug is allowed to work on anyone's bikes or other vehicles. Please go elsewhere, your life depends on it, especially on two wheels.

What we didn't know - and what they certainly didn't tell us - is that getting different tires would void the warranty, even from day one. The tires wound up causing other issues and we had to go back and buy original tires anyway. That was irritating but we were still using this place for maintenance on our bikes, that is until today! We were quoted $1500 for a wench kit, when the EXACT SAME kit is at another dealership for only $400. Wish we would have just been going to Little Rock all this time.
