We hired them for a second job to replace our sewer stack. Long story short, they said it was fine without trying to open up the wall more, but I decided to open the wall up more and got multiple opinions from other plumbers before coming back to them because of their estimate and approach. Then after this job they said more work needed to be done underground by jackhammering or descaling to determine how much liner they'd need. At this point I was annoyed that they didn't do everything more efficiently upfront and seemed to rush the jobs rather than being more thorough to minimize back and forth. In the end, we decided to go with another plumber to do the final job because I was tired of their surprises and things had just added up too much.

We have family that is in the plumbing industry and showed them the video of the pipe and they agreed nothing was wrong with it and wanted to speak with them to discuss what they were seeing.
