So all that needed to be done was to cut the drain pipes under the sink and use a coupler to put it back together. It's an easy fix that I could do myself but I had other projects to do and I honestly just didn't feel like doing it. Also when I shut the water off to the sink I also noticed the valve had a small leak so I asked for the quote to include that also. I was quoted $950 for these simple fixes. I politely told them no, they charged me nearly $80 just to come and look and sent them on their way. I went to the hardware store paid $12 in parts and had the issue resolved in an hour and 30 minutes. Something the "pros" would have been able to do in about half the time I'm sure.

They replaced two full HVAC units for us and we used them for any plumbing or heating projects we had, until now. Their tech signed us up last year for a service program to offer some savings off a project (Great so far). Suddenly this year we get an automated renewal charge. As soon as we noticed the renewal charge we called them up and let them know we were never informed about an automated renewal and that we'd like the charge removed. The first customer service agent was helpful, apologized, said she would cancel it and then called back later confirming. Great customer service, but the charge was still on our card so I called back and now I'm getting the run around. For the history of quality customer service I had received over the past several years, I was shocked. It made me look back and question what other questionable pricing strategies they are hiding. The last visit they had to service our equipment the tech recommended $300+ of repairs for a unit that was only a year old that they had installed.
