I literally have never once written a review about a place. I absolutely LOVE this Jersey Giants. Hands down, the best they have to offer!! I hate that this keeps happening!! This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks that I have driven out there (I'm coming from Williamston) to grab dinner - I read the signs posted AND I check the hours posted online. Tonight I came directly after work and got there at 5:22 and the sign said closed and the chairs were up and I could see someone counting the drawers so I didn't even attempt to go in. I was so sad. This truly is my favorite place to grab dinner. Is there anything I can do as a customer to make it so you don't close so incredibly early?? I HATE being that person that comes in 5 minutes before close. I won't be that guy... I got there 40 minutes before your posted closing time!!! Please help me help you!! The full subs are massive at 18 inches long, and they are only $2.50 more than the 9 inch. I decided to get the full sub and I chise turkey and salami. They also have roast beef and ham as options. They slice fresh meat for you, which is awesome. They only offered lettuce, onion, and tomato. You can also pay a little extra for banana peppers and jalepinos. They offer drinks in the cooler and chips. They do not heat up their bread, but they offer wheat or white. They may have limited options, but this sub place is great . The employees are super friendly and nice. The lady taking my order was patient with me and helped me figure out what I wanted to choose. They made the sub quick and I got a drink with it. They have tables for seating if you would like to eat indoors. It gets super busy in here during lunch though, so be prepared for a small wait. read more

Great tasting, fresh, large subs. I just enjoyed a #6 (The Boss) and it was delicious. It had freshly sliced Ham, Capacola, Salami, Pepperoni, Prositini, and Provolone. It's a great lunch spot when you aren't on a Subway healthy sub kick. Quick, quality, friendly family business. read more

This place is all done. One of my favorites for years so it makes me sad. They have severely downsized their subs. They have the slicer set to the thinist slice, they barely cover the now 14 " loaves that are thinner thinner. down to lettuce tomatoe and onion toppings which are sparsely added. Plus a big price increase. On their largest sandwhich, I received 4 OZ of meat and cheese total. I had to go home and add meat and cheese. So the once great Jersey Giant is now history. And it looks like everyone knows it. Empty at noon on Saturday. read more

I now go to Speedway across the street. $4.00 for a foot long with all the toppings of the big named sub shop. Last time I was in Jersy Giant... there were no toppings!! Just lettuce & tomato. Bummer. read more

Despite being owned by a jar head this place is fantastic. I am 6 foot 210 and I can only eat half of their subs. It would take two of me to eat a full size sub and we would be happy to do it. This isn't fancy. It isn't Quiznos or Jimmy Johns. It is just the freshest good old fashion sub. They slice the meat in front of you it is great. I imagine they got the cows and pigs round back it is so fresh. The prices are great for the mound of food you get. read more

I've been to Jersey Giant multiple times and will state they have some of the best subs in town. Having said that, I ordered two party trays for a department at work, and was very disappointed. The loaded subs I'm used to buying over the counter were nothing like the trays which I paid over $80 for. There was virtually no meat on either tray! If the regular subs were made this way, customers would stay away in droves. You owe it to your customers to make the party trays the same as the regula r subs. I would not order another party tray. read more

Great place to eat if you aren't a former employee! Used to work here, quit due to an issue with an employee. Now, I go in, get my sub made by the employee, and it's made terribly. They made the sub as bad as they possibly could without *actually* making it wrong. Now, my options are, send someone in for my food that they don't know, go to the one in Mason (because Cedar St. never has bread), or just go to Subway, which is honestly what will probably happen. It's a shame, because it's good food, when made well. Used to recommend to anyone and everyone, not anymore. read more

One sub feeds two people or a small Guatemalan village. Great bread, freshly sliced meat. Good stuff.

First time here. Huge sub with soft roll and a variety of meats. It's all cold cuts and very tasty. The deli woman sliced it into 2 halves so I could save the other half for later. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's lunch! read more

A great no frills sub place, meat is sliced right in front of you and piled high. I've eaten at this location twice and it's been delicious both times. The subs are HUGE so you could always split it or make two meals out of it like I do. read more

My favorite sub shop. it's a little more pricey than subway but you get a lot more in subway. no hot subs, that's kind of a drawback

Very friendly workers! Meat & cheese cut right in front. Subs were good, not great. Wheat bread was dry but white seemed to be better. Kids like ham & cheese. Husband liked the vinegar & oil on his. I got a full and could only eat half. read more
