I replied that I had never been served such a small serving in my travels around Michigan. (Note: We estimate an individual scoop is around 1/4 cup.) They have soft-serve as well as hand-dip. Classic ice cream flavors are usually in stock, others are seasonal and rotate availability. Most of the ice creams are made by quality regional producers. Some are made in-house, and they are delicious! Their house-made butter pecan is excellent, better than commercial versions. They make shakes, sundaes, malts, floats, razzles - also grilled cheese sandwiches. Daily Scoop also offers house-made dairy-free sorbets, so there is some treat choice for everyone. On the counter next to where you order there is a display with models of ice cream serving sizes so you can see what size is best for your young child as well as your adults. The reviewer below who complained about serving sizes did not pay attention to these size models. If you have questions, just ask. The staff is cheerful, welcoming, and helpful to everyone. (Even though they forget my cookie sometimes in my mobile orders) The food is always consistent, toppings almost always taste fresh (minus the 1-2 not so fresh cucumbers I've gotten in the past) The service always friendly and efficient and the inside of the store is always kept nice and clean! There's times where service can be a little slow but those are when they have a line of cars in the drive-thru so I don't blame them much if T all. As far as the exterior of the building goes, it's kept up well and is in no need of any repairs or upgrades as far as I'm concerned. As far as the interior goes, I'd say about the same but it could use a little something more, not sure what...maybe not having only news stations on the tv's would help haha. Lastly, as far as the food goes, there have been times where I order specific add ons and I haven't gotten them, even when paying extra for it. I've only had one bad experience from them and this was 4-5 years ago now where the pizza was over cooked. Aside from that, never any issues! As far as ambiance goes, there are spots to sit in there but I'm usually there to take my food to go so never sat in there, good amount of space though! I will say, however, they need to get their lights on the signs fixed. They look closed at night! Regardless, this is my spot and will remain that way until I'm given a reason for it not to be!
