I ordered a poke bowl with spicy mayo and pork gyoza, and let me tell you, this meal completely turned my night around. The poke bowl was truly a work of art. The placement of the protein, the vibrant colors, and the freshness were so beautiful and intentional that I literally felt joy just looking at it. And the flavors? Absolute perfection. Every bite was packed with freshness and love, you can taste the care Mike and his team put into their dishes, and honestly, it should be studied. So yes, I'm here giving them their well-deserved flowers. Ramen Gami is a true gem, and there isn't a single thing I've tried here that I haven't absolutely loved!!!
