I found this business through Groupon trying to find fun things to do around the area for my last day in/near the city. I believe Groupon offered a cheaper price than what the business typically does so if you're trying to get an extra discount - look at Groupon and they're willing to price match. It also helps them as well since I think Groupon takes a fee from them. Nevertheless, this establishment was the first place to pop up and I have nothing but good things to say. My fiancée and I had an incredible experience. We did a walk-in with no reservation, and the young woman who greeted us at the front desk named Mia was very kind and respectful, got us in very quickly with no hassle and while waiting on a guide she asked some questions about our life and it made everything feel so much more personable. They also had a friendly dog but he usually stays in the other room if that's not your thing. Our guide Chahin met up with us after we watched the safety video and took us on our tour of beautiful NYC views, he was also a very friendly guy and talking to him felt like talking to a buddy or old buddy you're meeting up with again from like high school or something. If we were to have changed anything about the visit, we probably would've got the picture package (we're cheap but a picture explains the amount of fun over words can!) and we rode together and would likely take separate jet skis (but we did take turns half way through!). The experience was still a 10/10 and would be a must-do the next time we're near! Thanks again to the owner of the business, our guide Chahin, and Mia! I had an absolutely awful experience and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for a jet ski rental. Beyond the actual ride, it was a massive waste of time--they require you to arrive 30 minutes early to set up, yet my original 4:00 PM appointment was delayed until 5:15 PM because of broken jet skis, and then we were made to wait even longer for missing group members. Right from the start, I was dealing with Mia, who originally promised to give me free photos and videos to compensate for all the delays. ​When we finally got out, less than five minutes into the water, my jet ski completely stopped working. Because of the broken ski, I couldn't accelerate and was stuck in the back. Phil, the guide, was leading up front and flew right by without even noticing I had stopped. Sitting helpless in open water for that long was a major safety hazard, and I had to wait around 20 minutes in the water just for a jet ski swap. ​Before I left that day, I went to see Phil directly about the media Mia had promised, and he said he would send everything via WhatsApp as soon as he finished fixing the broken jet ski. He never did. When I called early the next morning and spoke with Mia and Corey (the owner), Corey gave me a phone number to call Phil directly. That number turned out to be completely non-working. I waited at their office until closing, called repeatedly, messaged on WhatsApp, and was ultimately ghosted. I never received my pictures, my videos, or the full rental time I paid for. Zero safety awareness, broken equipment, terrible organization, and non-existent customer service. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

Website was well-organized, informative and last minute reservations were easy. Corey was helpful on the phone to confirm. The office staff was friendly and well-organized, and Justin proved to be a great guide on the 1.5 hour lower Manhattan tour. He timed it perfectly to catch the sunset which was much appreciated!! HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE! The staff are far from "experts." Before leaving, we warned our guide that our jet ski was flashing the low fuel light. He dismissed it, saying it only needed an oil change. Not long after, we broke down near the BK Bridge--only to discover that neither our ski nor the guides carried the emergency supplies promised in the mandatory 15-minute safety video (which claimed we'd have ropes). It quickly escalated into a nightmare: we drifted into a helipad, slammed against it, and were nearly pulled under the bridge by waves. My friend and I literally had to hold ourselves against a rusty structure to keep from being dragged under, while the staff stood by without helping--until we screamed at them. When transferring to another ski, my friend even fell into the water. This company is completely unprofessional, dangerously unprepared, and puts lives at risk. Do yourself a favor--book with someone else. read more

TERRIFYING EXPERIENCE! The staff are no "experts" at all. We alerted our guide before leaving that our jet ski was flashing the low gas light and he said it was nothing, just needed an oil change. We ended up breaking down by the BK bridge and then to our surprise neither our jet ski nor the guides had emergency supplies!! (After they made us watch a 15 minute safety video that said we'd have ropes!). It only got worse from there, we drifted to the helipad banged against it and then the waves were pushing us under the helipad bridge. My friend and I literally had to hold ourselves against the rusty bridge to not be pulled under and the staff didn't react to get us off the broken ski until we had to scream at them. Hands down the most dishonest, incompetent company I have ever given money to. We paid for the picture package, the guide snapped a few pictures of us with his iPhone while we were on the water which felt pretty low effort to me for a paid add-on but whatever. We get back to the office, he tried to airdrop the photos to my phone and it says that they went through but we never got them. After we left, we realized they weren't in my gallery so I called the office to explain what happened and I was told they would be sent again right away. They never were. I called again the next day, spoke to a different person and was told yet again that the pictures would be sent right away. They never were. This process repeated a total of four times before we were eventually told that they've been having "issues" with their phones and that they've were trying to "recover" our photos. Excuse me? This is now day five and now you tell me you never even had photos to send us? And now all of a sudden we hear for the first time that they knew of an issue with the guide's cell phone and still allowed him to use it to take our pictures ? Completely unacceptable. They lied, led us on and gaslighted us the entire time about photos that were never coming just to string us along when they had no intentions of ever following through. Also, the conditions of their office were dirty and not welcoming at all. The bathroom was a complete disaster including a toilet seat that wasn't even attached to the bowl and would have been a real safety hazard if someone had mistakenly tried to sit down on it. All in all, don't give your money to this company of thieves, liars and incompetents. What was supposed to be a fun birthday present for my wife instead turned into a week of frustrating phone calls, half truths and straight up lies. I have never encountered such a dishonest and scammy company in my entire life. Really unbelievable experience here, rent your jet skis elsewhere! read more

This was exciting and scary and exhilarating and exhausting and awe-inspiring! We booked the Statue of Liberty tour out of Keyport. We controlled our own vessel; the guide was in a separate jetski. My 14year old and I went (we were the only ones on the tour). It was about 50min to the statue, we stayed about 25min and another, roughly 50min to get back. All told, about a 2hour15min trip We went up the Raritan River, past the cargo boats on the coastline of Staten Island. We then went under the Goethels and into the Hudson. The jetskis are stable and easy to operate, even for first-time users (like me). Our guide was patient, considerate and we didn't feel rushed as we stared, slack-jawed at Lady Liberty. Some tips: Sunscreen!! Wear sunglasses you don't mind losing Don't wear a hat unless it is fastened to your head! Empty your pockets! They have free lockers on site The water is less choppy in the morning. We went on a National Holiday and did not see a single vessel/boat until we got to the Staten Island Ferry crossing into NY Harbor. read more

Amazing experience! 10/10 everyone always has a great time even first timers who have never ridden before. As long as you pay attention to the safety instructor's guidelines you will be fine and have a blast. Staff is very well trained in helping customers feel safe and comfortable while enjoying such an amazing experience. The views of the city and Statute of Liberty are unbelievable.
