Back in September I was in a tizzy because the dumpster company I had been using for YEARS, whose owner (Greg) had become more like a friend, had closed down, and we were all set to begin a huge restoration project. I texted Greg, and he gave me 2 company names and numbers. The first people I called were subpar and reminded me exactly of that company with the ubiquitous red dumpster and the almost four letter word printed on its side. Um, no thanks. Then I called Lynx. I spoke directly with Dickie and explained to him our unique situation- we were restoring the exterior of a very old, dilapidated, extremely large Victorian, and everyone was terrified to see what lay beneath the aluminum siding. Dickie was SO KIND and SO REASSURING when I explained to him our timeline situation and other pertinent matters. A few days after the dumpster was delivered, I realized that I had forgotten to ask him if it was ok to put certain items in it, and he texted me back in less than a minute of my inquiry. For our second dumpster, one of the guys on the siding crew had the driver place it in the wrong spot twice (!!!) until the foreman properly directed him where to put it. The driver was extremely patient and had an excellent attitude, which I truly appreciated. We will be ordering our third dumpster in a couple of weeks. (We assume it will be at least 15 dumpsters in the end.) I am extremely relieved and grateful to have discovered Lynx, thanks to the lovely Greg of Grant Carting. It's a true blessing to deal with a company where you are not just a number and can explain and even text your unique situation and quirks to THE OWNER. Needing to move after 30 yrs in the same house, I really needed a roll out dumpster to get rid of so many yrs of collecting things. I stopped a worker at my local recycling place and asked for a dumpster referral. He gave me the info for Lynx and I called and set it up. They were very cordial, made the drop off the first thing in the morning and were able to place the dumpster in a very tight space due to my residential street with limited parking. It was a pleasure, since they pick up and dispose of every household item with the exception of electronics and hazardous materials (which most recycling places also do not handle). I didn't have to deal with a long list of restrictions, just threw everything unwanted into the dumpster. As soon as the dumpster was full, we called and they came very soon after to pick up. Everything was done via phone and credit card. I'd done my research and they were very fairly priced, even lower than most. The price they quoted was the total amount with not a penny more than they stated. I am well pleased and would use them again. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Lynx. Everyone that we deal with there, from Dickie Jr. himself, to Tommy and Joe the drivers, are really AMAZING. When you find a company like this, you STICK with them. It's like finding a good mechanic or plumber- not easy to do at all. They accommodate every one of our construction needs with an amazing attitude and respectful demeanor. The ONLY thing I can think of to criticize is that Dickie must get PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc. because sometimes, like right before Good Friday, the driver will pop over for a pickup and you don't have cash on you and you wanna give an Easter tip, and you feel frustrated and ungrateful, because this great guy DESERVES it. Strange complaint, yes, but this is the only thing I feel could improve our relationship with this stellar and incredible company!!! Truly love these guys. read more

The drivers are also great, and put up with a lot of nonsense from my crazy guys- their patience is unmatched! Great reliable company and good prices. These guys are not like the other companies that rush you and only allow you to keep the container for 7days. They said I could keep it for 2-3 weeks if needed. Once my 30 yard container was full, I advised the office.
